Nov 25, 2016 Not good experiences twice!! First I went through hell trying to get a wash machine delivered,.but they made good and gave me one that was better than the one I ordered, so I gave them another chance( stupid me) second, I ordered a dishwasher online mainly because of the free installation. I was prompted to buy set up kit(or they wouldnt install) and also paid to haul away old dishwasher. They delivered it and would only drop off the box in my foyer. They wanted nothing to do with install or haul away. Its been 3 days of being on hold and getting the run around. Still currently have a huge box in my foyer ugh!!! Dec10,2016 still have a box in my foyer. Finally got someone to install today , BUT somehow they are not coming because it was rescheduled! Not by me!!! Been on hold for an hour. Having a 40 guests tonight and have to put this box with dishwasher outside, cause its taking up my foyer. Trying now to get anyone from Best Buy to come pick it up! Im going to Home Depot to buy a dishwasher and get customer service from a company who CARES about their customers!!!

This store is great. I had the worst experience of any store I have ever been to in my life at the Marlborough MA location when I bought a brand new laptop from them and it didnt work right out of the box. I havent opened it for about 2.5 weeks because I work so much so I outside of there 15 day policy The manager in Marlbourgh was rude and offered no solution I went to Milbury location and told them what happened at the Marlbourgh store. The manager of geek squad was extremely helpful and contacted the Marlborough store to see what had happened He ended up taking 50% off a laptop that was already on sale so I could have a working computer 5* store they know how to treat people

I waited in line on black Friday for a $150, 48 1/2 inch Toshiba TV that sells for $430. I received the promissory ticket guaranteeing they had one in store for me to purchase. When I went to pay they informed me it was not there, someone had misplaced or sold it to someone else. They instead sold me a smaller store brand TV valued at $130 less than what they promised. At least they tried to offer something in place, unfortunately the value wasnt comparable to what they had promised. I tried to be understanding it was after all a very busy day, but it was disappointing to not get the name brand, or at least something with the same dollar value.

Whatever you do dont let these hacks work on your car. My poor Audi will never be the same. Had to bring it to Sun N Sound and get everything they did changed out and best buy refused to refund a single dollar. Stay away from these guys unless you want to have your car ruined.

I really like this Best Buy. I have bought 2 phones here and the sales associates for the mobile phone area are great! They take good care of you not just selling you to make money. They really take the time to look into what your needs are. I would recommend this Best Buy!

Horrible. Ive been on hold for about 30 minutes and counting for a simple question however the service girl just keeps resetting the hold time, not even asking if Id like to hold or if my question is simple....super horrible!

Preorders are not fulfilled for the date that the product is released. They will notify you when they have received the product at the store which may be several days after release. Very poor customer service.

Typical Best Buy, its a smaller store, doesnt have a separate department for Apple computers. Prices are 20% above retail, but when you go to the mall thats what you expect.
