Terrible customer service. Ashley T in the print center was extremely rude when I asked her why the copying machine was giving me errors. Instead of resolving my issue she walked off and shouted "we dont refund for customer errors." I had not at any point asked for a refund, all I wanted was to make sure my copies came out correctly. There is no way that any store associate,especially a supervisor, should conduct themselves in such an unprofessional and unbecoming manner. Definitely the last time I do any business at staples.

Ever since Staples converted to limited in stock supply vs on line ordering, they have gone down hill in service and quality. Trying to call a store to see if they have items in stock is a joke. Elevator music for 45 minutes and no one still picks up the line. Will NEVER shop at staples again. At least Amazon is dependable.

I went in to get a replacement printer for my 5 year old epsom, a young man Henry was very knowledgeable and very helpful but unfortunately they did not have any units in stock of the model we decided on ! He asked his manager for help but he was useless unfortunately to help Henry close the sale !! Very disappointing!

Was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. Items may be cheaper online at times, but its nice to have a person help you and I saved a boatload by buying a floor model. So I saved money and dealt with a person.
