Over the past 45 days Ive purchased a dishwasher, oven, range, and microwave from Best Buy in Leominster, MA. The service, price, and products I received at both visits/experiences were unmatched and incredible. I dealt with totally different people each time and they were equally was knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. Im going to say that these were probably two of the top 5 buying experiences Ive had in my life. They were spot on with knowledge, they helped with all the "extras" that I wanted in terms of delivery, installation, haul away, warranty, etc. They were prompt, courteous, and sincerely seemed like they cared if I had a great experience. Between the moment I walked into the store on each occurrence to the final product being delivered and setup in my home, I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this Best Buy and the people who run it because they are fantastic. In a world where everyone is buying things online, there is still something HUGE to be said for personal human interaction when making a purchase. They clearly understand that and have really left a great impression on me and my fiance these past two times. And just to note, I have not been asked or compensated for my review in any way or form. I genuinely wanted to share my EXCELLENT experiences with people so they will hopefully choose Best Buy and have the same experiences we had.

Drove all the way there after viewing that they had 2 male to 1 female rca adapters. Turns out that that not only do they not have them, the entire audio area is extremely under-equipped. This store is very amateur all around. It does not carry anything that its former competitors, CompUSA and Radio Shack did. I stood staring at the tiny shelve with 4 basic rca cables and I thought about how great CompUSA was when the physical store existed. Then I realized that BestBuy, too, will soon close its doors. Best Buy has let me down too many times to count at this point. This is the 2nd time Ive stepped foot in Best Buy in 3 years. I ordered the cable that I needed off of Amazon yesterday, I just didnt want to wait another day for it to arrive. Its a good thing that I did, and Ill be patient for one more day. Dan S. and Nate Kester in the mobile department were amazing. I worked with Dan and he was able to help me with anything and everything i asked. He was very efficient and super nice! I had so many issues with my phone carrier (and their customer service) Dan was able to help me switch to a new plan, get what i needed, at the best price without any gimmicks and in a timely fashion. A very talented group of people. Dont let them go and please give them a raise. The two of them ABSOLUTLEY deserve it!!! Thanks again DAN S AND NATE K. :)

Youd think theyd tell me when "fixing" my phone that I was going to lose everything (contacts, pictures, bookmarks, apps, etc.) but no, and now its all gone. Everything from the last six months. Thanks, but maybe figure out what youre doing before screwing more people over. Im very unhappy with service, and no attempt to help was made. "Sorry nothing I can do." Well, I hope in the future people will go somewhere else that can give somewhat, maybe halfway decent service. Or else youre wasting youre money.

I was looking for a FFXIV 60 Game time card, and it wasnt in stock (that isnt the problem) Martin told us that the item could be bought offline from the stores own website and we could put money on a Gift card to buy said game time card, the item is in store only and none of the local MA stores has it, I know have a $45 gift card in my wallet thats useless to me.

Only about ten people in the store and I couldnt get anyone to help me. I leave and the greeter asks if I had found everything OK. I said no, no one would even help me. He turned to his coworker that he was having a conversation with and that was that. Left with cash in hand wanting to make a purchase. Non existent service.

Like all Best Buys Ive been to: sometimes youll get good service, other times youll be totally ignored while staff pretend to be busy doing other things, or are just clustered in a small group talking to each other. But its never been too crowded here, the interior lighting is good, and parking is great--easy in and out.

This place honestly sucks. I would like to know where they get there prices over the phone for the ideal trade in value but then give 3x less then what they said they would give you. The staff was rude and lazy, and untrustworthy. I didnt drive 30 mins away to get s***. DESERVES HALF A STAR!!!!!!! -Angry customer

Hardly Any Service people around. I found one but he had absolutely no knowledge about the products I asked him about. Although; he was friendly and nice. He promised to find me someone who would know about the products and that person would answer my questions. 15 minutes later....Sill no one!!

Karl was absolutely phenomenal. He approached upon entry and assisted us with our television purchase. He answered every questions we had and also gave his opinion to give us a better idea on our options. Also Cody and Nathan were very helpful and made us feel very special! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Went in to pick up a laptop I ordered online. It was ready, per the email, in the hour they promised. It took a few minutes for them to bring it up, but the associates were all very friendly. It was 20 minutes to closing and I didnt feel rushed out. Good visit.

Staff is a mix of knowledgeable people who try hard to help and those who no nothing about which they speak but willing to give you any opinion just to make a sale. Store is well sticker, kept clean and shelves tidy.

I always come here, since they have all the Gaming PC components that I want, but I mean ... When I purchased a Graphics card from them (EVGA GTX 1050Ti) they overpriced it by about $30 .... meh

Smaller Best Buy store. Staff in cell phone department very knowledgeable and helpful. Other departments seemed to lack expertise. If you are a techie then you probably know more than they do.
