Apple stores became very indecent when it comes to delivering customer satisfaction. They carry a no care attitude because apple is already a huge hit. I have a small question to the people who are reading this (I really want apple to read it). When you carry 2 or 3 or etc gadgets of this multi billion company, and wish to talk abt all the 3 gadgets, do you think we have to make that many appointments ???? Ok lets assume we do it. Its not mandatory to get all the three appointments right after the other. So then do we need to wait there for all those three appointment times to get your work done. YES ! you heard it right. These sober people working inside cant fix all your problems at once. They keep you wait for your next device repair appointment. When Apple was out in 2007 I was so amazed to be a part of its family but now Im being bullied by the staff and being hopeless and they give no-care answers when you request to do all that work at one time I also said I have kids waiting at home but still they stand by their nasty policy Disappointed so badly and Im feeling sad why did I buy all these Apple products when I dont get good support

Had a great customer service experience at the Apple Store last night (Solomon Pond Mall). The moment I walked in a rep approached me, asked how he could help and directed me to another rep who entered my info into the system in order to log an appointment which at that time would have a 45 minute wait time. He did suggest that I hang out for about 10 mins to see if something opens up. A couple of minutes later a young lady came over to see if she could quickly look at the issue in order to see if she could fix it so that I didnt have to wait (couldnt get the charger into the charging port - looked like a piece of metal was causing a blockage). She took it in the back to work on it. During that time the original rep talked with me, as well as, with a couple of other customers he was helping. Ten minutes later the young lady came back with a fixed phone. She said she wasnt sure what the blockage was because it sort of disintegrated when she dislodged it. She thought it might have been some sort of food.I was embarrassed

I came into the store with my friend earlier today. He was having issues with his new iPhone 7, it kept crashing and was having problem with the audio (insert lack of aux port joke here). After just a 10 minute wait, we got to meet up with one of the friendliest Genius techs ever. I mean seriously, the guy was one of the friendliest, most down to Earth, and professional individuals Ive ever had the privilege to meet. It was the best customer service I have ever received and I wasnt even the customer. It made me, a long time and staunch android supporter, literally consider getting an iPhone just because of how excellent the technician was. 10/10 recommend this place and would definitely recommend asking for Bryan if hes still around by the time you read this. Bryan if youre reading this, keeping being awesome.

Hi, I visited Apple Store in Solomon pond mall, MA today - 06/27/2017 to exchange my iPad USB cable, customer representative asked me to wait for 20 mins, I stayed for 30 mins, but no one came to help me. Then I approached one of the representative, they told cant help me right now and come after 1 hour. Its shows that, if anyone visit for product repair or issues, not getting proper response from representative than people come to buy new products. Its horrible experience I faced today with this Apple Store. My rating is 1 out of 5.

I really love this apple store. The staff is amazingly helpful with all of my problems. Even if its something really simple they can sometimes shoot out an answer that works. They have hella cool stuff and man the sales team is top notch. They know how to sell apple. Whenever I go into the store I am greeted by almost everyone just to see if they can help me with anything. This is my apple store and I will always come to this location. My favorite rep is Nico go see him if you need anything done.

Really bad experience. They refused to replace a broken screen even after we agreed to pay the full price of repair. They cited water damage and quoted a new price 300$.. This is a phone that is just over an year old and we have never had any water entering. I phone sensors are known to turn colors due to moisture condensation and basically at the end of the day, we were turned back helpless.

They treat non apple care customers better than people who have apple care, place does not make me feel like a valued customer. Cannot count the number of wasted times driving back and fourth from this store and all they say is "sorry". Time to move away from Apple anyways, their hardware in their 2015/16 models are from 2012 and they mark it up double.

The support team in this store are very professional and treat customers with respect. The store manager Matt Lavoie is incredible ! in my view this team under the leadership of Matt represent the Apple Support in its true sense of customer support. Way2Go guys !! I would rate nothing less than A++ !

I never thought I would be bashing Apple service - but I am trying to make a genius bar appointment to have a phone looked at - it is not under warranty - and it keeps booting me out of the system telling me it cant find my location. 25 minutes later, no appointment. What is going on?

Greeted by almost every associate every time I go in. Even when im not always looking to buy they still share their overwhelming knowledge about all of their products. They carry themselves with high professionalism which is very respectable in retail today.

The store help is great, calling on phone is the worst!!!! Takes forever, reps rude & unhelpful. Would like to talk directly to store, not someone in Colorado!
