NO STARS! Absolutely terrible people working there. Very few cashiers actually have any sort of customer service. The last 2 times Ive been there has been terrible. I worked in customer service for 7 years and no matter how I was feeling personally, I ALWAYS respected my customers. I was walking through the children clothing area looking for dance clothing for my daughter, I couldnt find what I was looking for, so I went to seek for some assistance. I located 4 WalMart employees in the clothing area, and they were just having casual conversations, I didnt want to interrupt them at that time because I had some other shopping I could do before getting the clothing. So I walked and shopped around the store for other items, then returned back to the children clothing roughly 20 minutes later. Those 4 same employees were still "shooting the s***". I walked up to them and said, "Sorry to interrupt what I hope is your half hour break or lunch, but I really need to find a certain item so I can get along with my day." And of course, crappy service in return but I was expecting that with my remark... I went to the Self-Check Out to pay for my items and the toothless wonder working that area literally scanned me over and my items to be sure that I scanned every item while not paying attention to any of the thug customers cashing out around me. She asked me if I was going to scan my water and 2 peppers that were on the seat of the cart and I said, "I already did, Im not bagging them, thanks." She obviously didnt interpret that correctly because she then asked me, "Are you going to bag those items?" I told her thank you for her whatever assistance that was, gave her a smile, and began to walk out, and she checked my ENTIRE receipt. I was treated like the common criminal. And for anyone whos wondering, my 2 peppers were on my damn receipt. Unreal. That whole corporation should be taken down.

It was a lot better before the food came in & it became a "superstore".... there used to be a lot to choose from, a big variety of options and the way it was set up made a lot more sense and had better flow. Now, they took away a lot of items & choices, everything has been crammed together and changed around in a way that doesnt make as much sense. Also, the way they have the front of the store specialty/holiday shelves and the towering ones on the left as well are like huge walls blocking the rest of the store, its terrible. It doesnt make sense to not be able see into the store like b4 and see the hanging department signs... makes it feel a lot less open and welcoming. I do like going there for some of their food options... like cereal because they sell a lot of different kinds of the big boxes, bread is priced well & other bulk items & paper goods. Other than that, I find that the deli is highly overpriced as well as missing some key items that keep me from doing a full grocery shopping there; and their produce section is expensive, has poor choices and its not very fresh. Anywhere else you can get a nice head of leaf lettuce starting around $1 and its nice and fresh. At Walmart the price starts at a $1.99 and it doesnt even look very good. Its still a good store I just think it could also be improved upon and the layout should be more like it used to be and bring back some of the choices and keep the shelves stocked better. And how about having more than just register 10 always open?

Ive never really had a problem here until recently when I went through one of the self-checkout machines. I requested $60 cash back and the machine gave me two twenties and a ten (so, only $50). I asked the person watching the self-checkouts if I could see a manager about it and waited almost ten minutes for a manager. When she finally showed up, she proceeded to tell me (with an attitude and a dirty look) that I "must be mistaken, because that machine only gives out $20 bills for cash back". She said she would take my information and get back to me and that they had to "Look at the cameras to see what happened". I asked her "Youre expecting me to believe that you can see from that little camera on the ceiling down into that money slot to see how much money it gave me". Apparently they must have REALLY good security cameras if they can do that. My theory is that theyre making sure Im not trying to scam them... out of ten dollars. Really? I would work that hard for ten dollars? I would say that if youre looking for a store with good customer service and friendly associates, Tilton Wal-Mart is NOT the place to go.

I will never shop at Tilton Walmart again! Grocery prices are extremely high compared to Market Basket. The Site to store is a joke! Why do they put the shipping label right on the product box? Nobody that works there can answer that question. The lady working site to store is always stressed out and complaining about her job. She kept me there for 40 minutes going to get one item at a time instead of all 3 of my items at once. There was only one register open at checkout and after waiting for 30 minutes in line they closed that register and had me and the line behind me move to the next register. Which caused the people behind me to get cashed out before I did. Never again will I shop here! They cant get anyone to work there. Who is the manager and why arent they managing this store to run more efficiently? One or two registers open is not efficient.

Walmart that sells great they have everything good little place the one thing I dont like is the service center for cars if one of your lug nuts is a little off so if you can do not match whats on the door they will not touch your car if they take a tire off and notice it they wont even put the tire back on to tell you to get it towed out of there so stay away from the Service Centre the radio some of them a price okay but some of them are the Amazon radios you can get for $12 like the door I bought 3 of them one for my boat one for my truck for $12 there in Walmart 457 so you gotta watch it every Walmarts different theres another one in Guilford and I noticed during Easter the one in Guildford was selling their Easter baskets for 19 that Walmart was selling them for 25 so it all depends but this one is right off and eggs

This is Walmart. It has many things. The people who work there are friendly but also slightly incompetent. Tried to buy my fishing license and the poor lady got as far as she could until she needed help and tried to get a manager. We waited over 10 minutes and still no manager came. I ended up leaving without my license, not the ladies fault but I had other things to do. To continue to describe Walmart, Walmart has many strange people. During this 10 minute waiting period there were two tweekers constantly moving and scratching themselves while looking at machetes. This is Walmart.
