The way the Staples company treats their staff and the customers is absolutely absurd. Know that the district manager stays home during snow storms but directs the employees to go in and risk their lives to sell nothing..is ridiculous!! So much for caring about the people and employees. Robbing customers of their money.. Never shopping at a Staples and neither should you.

If youre curious why there is only positive comments and not negative its because the negative comments get erased as mine was And it wasnt even negative it was just informative that the guy working in the print shop is a ..: ....and lost my business because of it

Took half an hour to print a shipping label. Customer service is great, but the Hotspot connection and store internet is horrible - and phone data doesnt work under the metal roof. Very frustrating.
