couldnt get the ink I wanted in store. ordered it anyways and found it would take 3 days! I offered to pay more to have an over night and was told they cant do it. I found a company who did overnight it and immediately called staples back to cancel the order (2 hours since I ordered). Talked to the same girl who I placed the order with asked to cancel gave her the info and she said I was all set. I then received the ink days later and called the store, the manger said you cant cancel once the order was placed and I would have to come into the store with the refund. He was very polite and had the information I needed but didnt seem sympathetic

this seems to be one of the better staples locations . for whatever reason , when searching the online inventory checker , this address pops more than the others . the tech guy , robert was quite on-the-ball and was able to answer all my questions without checking . not all staples stores are created equal , and given a choice , this is the one to go to .
