I recently (aug2013) tried unsucessfully to return something purchased elsewhere that was COSTLY and DEFECTIVE. Because the item was past the "EASY RETURN" REFUND POLICY I was treated with E X T R E M E L Y RUDE INCONSIDERATION by a store employee followed by no help or apology/consideration from the manager on duty. *** NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THEIR LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. *** I WOULD NOT MAKE A MAJOR PURCHASE AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!

Dont waste peoples time when they call and ask if your phone repair can fix a phone tonight and you say yes but the. I show up and you tell me to leave it overnight and it will be done sometime tommorow if you cant do it in the first place dont waste my time or gas
