Great selection of fabrics. Bad service management in this store. Needed to order a piece of upholstery fabric. The sign in the fabric section said "Place orders at the cutting counter." Waited about half an hour in line at the busy cutting counter and, once my turn came, was told "No ordering here. Order at the front counter." Waited another ten minutes in line at the front counter to be told that only a manager can place an order. Waited another five minutes for the manager to show up. Asked the manager, "Why the people at the cutting counter could not have called you to come to the front counter? Alternatively, shouldnt the sign in the fabric section correctly direct the customers to place fabric orders at the front counter?" The answer was, "In some stores the fabrics are ordered at the cutting counter, not in this store, but we cant change the sign." Makes one wonder - Can they REALLY not put up a hand-written sign with correct directions, or does this manager simply enjoy having the customers needlessly stand in multiple lines?

I called this store to see if they had jute webbing, the lady put me on hold for about 10-MINUTES, came back and told me they DID have it, I drive there the next day and find out they DONT have it!! I ask to speak to the manager and she tells me that their inventory is not updated but once a week and ppl come in there and steal....... WHAT??!! What good is inventory if its not accurate EVERYDAY and get some security!!!! They would not even give me a discount for what i did buy!!!

I have always found what I needed in this store and the fact that it is one of the few craft stores in this county make it very convenient. The associates have always been very helpful. My only suggestion is to hire more people since the lines get long especially during sales and you need more cashiers. This is my go-to store for crafting.

Super slow cutting and very unintelligent checkers and managers. We will spend the extra 40 minutes in traffic to go to the one in Columbia than deal with the stress of incompetent people in the small shop. It doesnt help that cell phones dont get reception either...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Joanns fabric store. If it werent 2 minutes from me I would never go there. If you have to do, particularly if you need cut fabric, plan to spend the day.

Their selection is really limited every time I come. Its so empty in there. Absolutely 0 candle making supplies. Kind of dirty.
