They have so many fabrics and selections. It is frustrating however to look online and find a fabric they say that they have in the store then when you go there they dont have it there. The staff seem bothered by you if you have any questions. I would call and ask if they have the fabric your needing before wasting the gas and trusting their website for accurate information.

Customer service is subpar. Came in to exchange a item and was told I needed to wait for the manager. Original item purchased was suggested by clerk and wasnt usable for project. Found the correct item and just wanted to even exchange. Mgr refused to come to front and do the exchange. Told the clerk to tell me I needed to come back.

I visit JoAnns any time I need yarn, material or patterns. They always seem to have everything I need. Their people are always friendly and glad to help you. Even answer my sometimes dumb questions.

A lot more crafts than I thought. I love going for the fabric and sewing notions but I took time to browse the craft section and realized there was more than I had thought.

This was a great place to buy patterns for little girls. I like to make clothes for my granddaughters, the I got a great buy on them here. People were really nice.
