Against Disabled Persons. The General manager told my sister she couldnt shop in his store because she has a knee injury causing disability. Danny, the GM was joking with a customer about margaritas for 20 minutes causing my sister to wait as the only other person in line for 20 minutes with a knee injury. When she said something, he told her she is required to announce herself as disabled, call ahead or dont come back. All violations od the ADA policies and wrong. How embarrasing. Just because someone doesnt have a walker or cane, doesnt mean they are not in pain. I am sending a message to boycott this store to all my veteran friends, families and the military. Lets blackliat it for all bases too. Discrimination like this is wrong.

I love Hobby Lobby! This place a crafters dreamland. They have supplies for almost any craft you want to make. I love their yarn for knitting! They also have an aisle for baking and candy making. We were throwing a party for a friend who was being shipped out and they had a bunch of red, white and blue/stars and stripes party supplies...in November! There is always a sale going on and you can pull up the coupon on your phone to get an even further discount. This Hobby Lobby is always clean and well organized.

If I could give less then one star I would. They were HORRIBLE there. Not only are their prices false but they made me feel like I was a thief. I can assure you my money is as good as anyone else. Customer service was crap, I have never been treated so low. I will never go back to this store. To top that off the MANAGER was just as crappy to me as the cashier. She obviously doesnt know what customer service is. This whole experience was ridiculous and could have been dealt with differently.

When I went the people were very kind and very helpful I am disabled and it does help quite a bit when the staff is willing to help you to find exactly what you need. I went to one of their competitors on Sunday cuz Hobby Lobby is closed I walked in ask for a very simple thing and people just looked at me like if I was from outer space their answers were I dont know let me ask someone else has anybody helped you yet I asked a simple question and nobody knew anything so much for Michaels

Im a loyal Hobby Lobby customer and when I forgot to keep my receipt from a canvas I had purchased I was told that I was going to get a discounted price even when I had my bank statement the store manager tried his best to look up my receipt but it was a very bad experience for returns the cashier then pointed to a sign which I had never seen before and said their return policy is here in a rude voice but if it was not for the store manager this place would not have gotten 3 stars

A little bit of everything available here. From craft supplies and gift bags to metal art and furniture. I wish they had more straightforward pricing rather than percentages off certain things on certain weeks. If you pay attention it runs in cycles. If you want a piece of glass work and its not on sale, the next week it will be, be patient. Its clean yet Ive never managed to leave there without some glitter attached to me somewhere, Lol.

Always a line! When they add more cashiers, they take the next person in line, but then the people at the end of the line rush over. So if you are third or further in line then you get shafted. Hobby lobby should really consider having one line that feeds into multiple registers bc the transaction lengths always seem to vary so much. At least, then, you would always know that you are truly being helped in the order you got into line.

The employees act like they are so busy but yet they arent busy to joke around with each other. I asked several questions to several different employees and I got the exact same answer from all of them which was "I dont know". I asked pretty simple questions not anything they wouldnt know from working at Hobby Lobby. Learn your store so you can better help customers.

Picked up 3 items from display that showed 50% off mens resin wall & table decor. Items rang up full price. Asked cashier about sale who said these items arent included. Dusturbing practice to put sign over items that arent on sale. Pic shows display , sign was on top. Pic taken before I was denied the 50% off at register.

The frame manager is extraordinarily rude. I had a custom order which was not made as I had ordered. Also, they will not ship anything custom to you. I had to move from the area before it was finished, and had to make a 6+ hour drive to pick it up. I wont ever go back to this hobby lobby.

Yes..staff has always been polite and helpful. Today although is the only time I could not find an associate working the floor to get assistance with spray paint. Everyone was cashiering up front with long lines. So I walked out and will have to return.

I find everything I always need for my crochet obsession. Store has lots and lots of great selection for every craft you can think of. Constant sales 50% off holiday items are a hug help! Pines can get long but worth it. Lots of parking here too!

There is a great variety of craft products but there are also beautiful home decor items including furniture, garden decorations, seasonal decor, and the best collection of Christmas decorations, wrappings, tree skirts, etc.

Clean floors, friendly staff! Best for light/plug covers! At home Depot & Lowes they were 8.99 for anyone other than white. Got cast iron switch covers for only $3.99. Hobby lobby has a lot more than youd think, check it out!

Good sized Hobby Lobby with all of the usual things inside but I think the Hobby Lobby on bandera is larger with a commensurately larger selection of goods. If you need to choose, choose that one.

They have regular sales and customer service is usually pretty good. Youll get the occasional associate who just shrugs and mumbles an "I dont know" at you, but its not too common

Great merchandise at great prices. The only thing that needs improvement is keeping the lines shorter. It was the longest line Ive ever seen at a store.
