This place is a total disaster! If you want to get checked out good luck ! This is a perfect example of what is called the "Law of the Lid" if the leadership is a 1 on a scale of 1-10 then the people under him can not be any higher than a zero and thats pretty much what the employees at this place are ! I waited in line for over 20 min and there was only one person in front of me at the register complaining about what he could and couldnt find and instead of sending him to customers service she stood there and tried to deal with him and nine people behind me , only two checkers , with four other employees standing at the front hugging and telling jokes ! This place is A JOKE!!!!!!!

I just went to buy some yarn and was very disappointed in the selection of Red Heart yarn. It seems like they are phasing it out and bringing in more and more of the Love This yarn. I just recently bought an afghan pattern that the suggested colors were in Red Heart Super Saver and Red Heart Collage. I never found any of the colors needed and never found any Red Heart Collage yarn and there wasnt a soul around to ask. I use to shop here a lot but recently they havent had a thing I was looking for and a lot of times there are very few cashiers with long lines. I have become very disappointed with this store.

Lubbocks Hobby Lobby is in dire need of new management, in my opinion. On a normal day, be prepared to wait in line for at least 10-15 minutes; as they usually only have 2 or 3 registers open. Even when each line is 8-10 people deep. Ive spent up to 40 minutes in line at this particular store. Christmas-time? Forget it. Why they cant open more registers in order to accommodate the customers is beyond me. I run a craft-based business and I spend many thousands of dollars in craft stores yearly. I avoid HL like the Plague these days. Im sure theyre losing a lot more business than mine.

Infinately huge amount of decor and floral. If youre into crafts/florals and want to create and sell them, its disheartening to go there and see the same finished items you make priced so low you cant afford to compete when you have to pay retail prices for supplies. Evidently the markup on craft/floral supplies is pretty darned good.....or they couldnt afford to have 50% off sales all the time on these supplies and still make money?????

My local store has been awful. Checking out has been a nightmare for a few months. Waited 30mins to check out a few weeks ago, and eventually gave up and left without the items I wanted to purchase. Thought Id give it another chance. Had a call that some prints I was having framed were ready. My husband went to pick up and was told they werent ready. I called the store and was told they were ready. Ridiculous.

They carry a wide selection of many of the things I use. They offer new and interesting things to try i can do my shopping for holidays, parties, flower arranging and more, with a good selection to choose what I want. Always something new to see and try. The store is well lit. I can easily see what is on the shelves. The store looks clean and fresh, not depressing.

Hobby Lobby is always my favorite store for shopping arts, crafts, and home decors. They have 50% off all Christmas items before Christmas so the store is crowded, but the staff is very friendly and works as fast as they to cut the wait time for customers. I will recommend Hobby Lobby to all my friends.

No one is there to help when needed and the one time I found someone he told me the exact opposite of what the cashier told me later... sorry for my language, but~ they need to be knowledgeable or shut-up!
