I like shopping here but quality varies greatly. I also ordered an item which was to be shipped from another store to this location and it went completely wrong. The store manager was the least bit interested in helping with an alternative solution. That was a real fail on their part in providing a memorable experience and also showed a lack of interest in their customers needs.

We tried to return something today with a receipt. they told us that they could only give us half as much as we paid for it, because it was past 60 days. The return policy on the receipt does not say this, only that we would get a store credit. We spoke to the supervisor, and she wouldnt budge. Did not care that we were unhappy customers.

I was hesitant after reading the other reviews, but they are all really old so I went in anyway. Everyone was really nice, I found what I needed and the prices arent bad at all. I usually go to Hobby Lobby but I really liked Michaels and was happy I went in. They have cute stuff and I have no complaints about the customer service.

They have terrible customer service, every time Ive been to the store, they are vague, dont know where stuff is, rude, or dont give you the time of day, and ignore you when trying to ask questions. Although they usually have good sales on their canvas, and I paint a lot so I still end up going there.. unfortunately.

Bought 6 frames and was charged for 7 even after I asked the cashier if it was entered correctly. She says yes and wont go into it further. I then have to review my receipt after and catch the extra almost 20 dollars charged. Not acceptable.

I love all art stores in general. This store though is super packed and its tight in there. It always takes me forever to find what i am looking for and to find staff to ask a question can be challenging too they always seem to be super busy.

I shop at Michaels a lot, but this one is laid out sooooo not intuitively. They have paint spread out all over the store. Had to hunt for what I needed even though I knew exactly what it was. Told the manager and he didnt seem to care.

The most unpleasant experience Ive ever had in retail. Beth, the assistant store manager, is absolutely vile. I have been a long term customer at Michaels all across Colorado, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I made the mistake of finding something I really liked, but they dont have enough in stock. Store says we dont order for customers, order it online. Web people say its a store item only. Just lost a customer.

Expensive and not a great selection. Everything is pre packaged and I couldnt get ribbon or fabric by the yard. Hobby Lobby next block is a much cheaper and accessible option.
