I like everything that the store has to offer!! Great selection of products! The problem is the staff!!! Particulary the Managment! Ive been in the store several times in the past month for crafting supplies and every time I went in it was within an hour of the store closing due to my work schedule. While waiting in line to pay for my items i watched the Managment (the first 2 times it was a older overweight woman with glasses and the last time was also an older woman with long brown hair) glare at customers and speak quietly but very obviously to other employees about getting the customers out out of the store as soon as possible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, with it being the holiday season, and thought maybe the managers were tired and over worked, but for this to happen 4 times in a row.....theres no excuse! If you hate your job that bad, maybe its time for you to find a new job outside of the customer service industry! For these reasons, i will NOT return to any Hobby lobby stores. Even though the prices are a little bit higher at Michaels, i will be taking my business there. I would rather pay a little more and have a comfortable shopping experience than be glared at and talked about by old ladies that need to retire!!!!

I try to come here instead of the other craft type stores in the area just because they seem to have much more selection and IF you can find an employee they usually seem fairly knowledgeable. If you see something that you like but you dont like the price dont worry, it seems like the entire store cycles through 40/50% off sales every couple weeks. If its not half off today come back soon and it will be. The only true complaint I can think of is that they are closed Sunday which is about half the time I would like to go.

I went through Arianas line at checkout, and was VERY impressed with her. She was friendly, cheerful and engaged with everyone who came through her line. Having worked in retail I know how customer service can make or break someones experience and loyalty, so I just wanted to say great job and thanks for the great service!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Always new things to check out and is my go to craft store and more! Everyone one is awesome and friendly and helpful and I have only had a couple disapointing times but the people that caused it didnt last long in the store anyway so Im good!

It had exactly what I needed. I waited in line for a while. One of the girls asked a co worker if she should call for an extra cashier and they were saying no I think. She did it anyway and the line sped up thank god.

I generally avoid Hobby Lobby on principle. Only been to this location twice out of necessity. The first time the staff was rude but in general I dont find thrir prices or coupons to be very good.

Terrible. Not only is it way over priced, but the people are extremely rude. DONT GO HERE if youre looking for sewing supplies. The people in this department are Satan in human form.
