Called the store about two items I saw online. One was available in the store and the other needed to be shipped. I went into the store and was helped by Mariah. She was friendly, resourceful and super helpful! The store is filled with educational and interesting toys. Huge selection and very knowledgeable staff. Tons of great small items (perfect as stocking stuffers). Great experience and awesome store. Thank you!

I love the products at Lakeshore, however the carpets can only be STEAMED cleaned. My expensive carpets are now all ruined by my professional carpet cleaning. Lakeshore did replace because I had purchased them through a grant, but I wish I would have bought them somewhere else (like Discount School Supply) because having to clean four rugs differently is going to be a hassle every month.

I went in here looking for some curriculum, and asked an associate for help. She referred me to the manager. The manager said they did not have what I was looking for. I looked around anyway, and of course found what I was looking for on the shelf. When I took the book to the manager to see if they had any additional copies, he said he couldnt look it up. Very strange, very unhelpful.

My kiddos and I love this store. There are so many wonderful educational toys and products to choose from. The employees are great too- they are knowledgeable, kind, and eager to make your shopping experience a good one.

Teacher or parent, youll love this store. Go on Saturdays for a nice free activity for the kids. Kids will love it, and youll get a break for some shopping.
