I shop at hobby lobby all the time and spend tons of money but on 3 occasions already when I have had to return like a $2.00 product (pennies in comparison to how much I spend), they make it such a big deal. I want to recognize Donna in particular for the worst costumer service ever! She is so rude and acts tries to make every excuse possible not to accept a return. I bought some stencils there and after opening and seeing how flimsy they were, I went to return them, her excuse was that they were used. One, they were not used as you know with any stencil, if you use it, you would see an outline around it and on top of that she has the guts to tell me that the letters are out of order! Are you kidding me? I just told you I opened it and didnt like the quality- who cares if the letters are out order? Is that seriously a reason not to accept a return. So I asked to speak to the manager and he said "we normally dont accept returns on open merchandise." So I asked him to show me on the receipt where it states that. How am I supposed to know if I like the quality of something if I havent opened it? After that he told me I had a valid point and was going to accept the return and I just told him to throw the product away I didnt even take my money back!!!!! They humiliated me in front of all their customers and Donna is just as RUDE as they come. She knows nothing about customer service and after I was done with my return, I had originally used a $25 reward card I received for all the money I spend at this store , I gave my gift card away to a random lady walking out of the store because I NEVER want to shop there again. Seriously I love the store but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Its unfortunate because I have my own business and shop here a lot. I may need to find a new location but the way they treated me today, I dont want to shop there again. But all in all, the customer service I received all goes back on Donna. If she handled the situation better, they wouldnt have gotten this 1 star review.

Worst customer service & the most archaic computer system!!! Returning thru Amazon takes less time then to Parker Hobby Lobby. I waited in line for over a 1/2 hour to make a return that they refused to use my receipts on because it was past their 90 days. They required a drives license and a phone number for a return that was less then $20, yet I HAD the receipt AND original credit card used in the purchase. I will be shopping online or at Micheles in the future as they do not value their customers.

Love this place! Its always clean and well stocked. I also fully support their stands in every way. Love the closed on Sunday thing,too..will come here frequently! Only thing is, last time I went the customer service was terrible! Employees acted like it was a hardship to help me find things..hardly smiled and seemed grumpy:( I miss the gm that was here before, who was the best help Ive had anywhere except Chick-Fil-A..

Love shopping here. Almost always a 40% coupon. Art supplies are good and there are other things I like such as the home decor and Christmas stuff. I have bought some furniture and it is decent quality (bakers racks for bookshelves). Employees tend to be a little older so just be patient. Most regular customers do not need a lot of babysitting and so I think that drives their customer service.

I LOVE, love, love this store. The assortment of wall hangings is fantastic, the craft department is fully stocked with almost everything I ever need, and the fabric department has a great assortment of designer fabrics as well as choices for upholstery needs! The sales are great and you can always find a 40% off coupon online in the event your item is not on sale.

The store has a great selection of art and craft supplies. Their staff is minimal, but i suspect that is how they keep the costs low. I am willing to trade customer service for a healthy supply of craft supplies! I dont know of any other craft store that competes! Plus, I love that they are closed on Sundays!!

Convenient location and good discounts but I am so tired of seeing Christmas decor and decorations on display in July. How about letting people enjoy each holiday in its appropriate season and not appear like a store that is re working each and every holiday into their own money hungry calendar.

Very clean and organized. I always find whay I want here. My son had to build a derby car so we went here. They had a lot to choose from. Im also going to get a few science project kits here for his birthday. They have a big selection of science kits for kids.

Delightful shopping experience! Four employees spoke to me and/or led me to an item I didnt find on my own. I was shopping for a dozen or so items and they had them all. Love love love this store.

Its difficult to navigate the store as there are no overhead signs. There are no price tags on shelves and theres never anyone around to ask questions. The check out line was absurdly long.
