RedMagic Bling Boutique

Not at all happy with customer service. Rude. Non emphatic to my needs. Restrooms are filthy. Staff seems miserable. Called corporate and my simple issue can not be fixed for 2 days. I will never shop here again ever, mind you I spend $600 a month on supplies. Never again at this corporation.

Nancy was rude and unhelpful when I asked her for something and I ended up having to find it on my own. She acted like she was annoyed when I asked her to show me where something was located and it seemed like she was rushing me. I will not be back to this location.

I go to this store frequently and compared to the other Michaels in town, this is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will often show up near closing time and I never feel rushed or as if theyre trying to kick me out.

Store was out of large 200ml tubed of the Windom &Newton cadium yellow hue oil paint. All three stores in Colorado Springs were out. I was not able to get what I needed and was looking forward to being able to use my 40% off coupon. :(

One worker was very rude, was acting worse than my 11 year old nephew. He was acting very very unprofessional. Thats not the type of guy you want representing your store. He was tall with grey hair and had a high pitched voice.

The store is tiny. Hobby lobby is much better because they have better discounts, its down the street and you can get the same exact item at hobby lobby for a cheaper price. DONT WASTE YOUR TUNE PEOPLE.
