Worst customer service. Awful experience specially with Karen the cashier she seemed bothered when i asked her a question then she directed me to another associate which name i didnt catch but was very rude as well didnt even make eye contact with me when talking just kept her back towards me. Also seemed very bothered when helping. Back to my checkout cashier wouldnt even smile. Being that so today was my last time shopping at Michaels.!
