Recently visited this Hobby Lobby to find some craft ideas. I wasnt really sure what I wanted to do and I was comparing different items. After some time, I noticed that the security guard was always near me. At one point, he continuously walked past the aisle I was in several times within a single minute. I eventually changed my mind on the items I had and decided to put them back and browse the rest of the store and that same security guard started following me everywhere I went. It got to a point where he stood outside the aisle I was in and watched me. I asked him if there was a problem. He said that he saw product in my hand, to which I responded that I had placed them back. He continued to follow me for the entire duration at the store. I notified one of the employees that he had been following me for some time when he came out and confronted me. He accused me of being highly suspicious and of avoiding his gaze whenever he walked by, which I was as he was making me very uncomfortable. I told him that he can walk me out of the store if he was going to accuse me of something I didnt do and I left without purchasing anything as I feel I am not welcome there. The other coworkers were very friendly and helpful, but I cant shop at a store that Im going to be stalked at.

My Partner and I went to Hobby Lobby a few weeks ago and the cashier there would not speak to me nor would she hand My Partner our bags after being asked several times to do so. I wrote to the Company about what we perceived as discrimination. We received a form response. I wrote back to the Company saying how disappointed I was to receive a form response and that they where not treating customers equally and that I wanted a response from the Store Manager. Their lack of response is deafening. We will no longer shop at Hobby Lobby being that they are fine with acts of discrimination. I would encourage each of you to boycott Hobby Lobby as well.

The store has a pretty good selection but the staff is a bunch of dumb frappacinos. Like, I understand that selling popsicle sticks and googley eyes for minimum wage doesnt do much to motivate the average human and I can empathize with that. I dont expect you to smile and pretend like your soul isnt slowly being drained from your body. I just would rather not be followed around like Im some kind of thief just because Im wearing black and use a lot of hair gel. Ya dig? I mean do yall even get paid enough to care if the craft paper gets jacked? Step it up! You used to be at the top in the Hobby game but now yall is slippin!

This store has really poor customer service. The employees are typically unhelpful and tend to respond to customer questions as if they were annoyances. I once went in and waited 15 minutes for a manager to sign off on a return and then when I came back to the register with a new purchase that was missing a price tag- I had to wait another 15 minutes until someone other than the register clerk could look up the price. They are continuously understaffed and the employees present a culture of sureliness and poor customer service. I would not recommend this store as a friendly place to shop.

This really is a great store to get your creative juices flowing. Watch for frequent sales to make sure you get the best prices, but prices overall seem very competitive every time I go. There is a wide selection of home-decor of which rotates seasonally. They also keep a large variety of home staples in stock year round alongside a great selection of arts and crafts supplies as well. Im not sure Ive ever left Hobby Lobby not finding what I was after, and theyre framing Department I think offers the best advice and service around for archiving and displaying your art.

We took three prints from my parents home in to be reframed & matted. My father had written an anniversary message to my mother on the backing of one of the prints. When my husband asked if I wanted to keep the backing I was overcome with emotion & never answered. Candy in framing picked up on our exchange. She sweetly cut the message out and attached it to the back of the new matting! We didnt notice Candys kind gesture until we got home. Thank you!!

Probably thee worst experience Ive ever had!! Some guy followed me through the entire store! I stopped in to get some coloring pencils, some chalk and a few other items for my childs art class, realized this weird man had been following me. Asked another worker if he worked there and he did! Ive never felt so uncomfortable, violated or discriminated in any shopping experience in my life! I will never shop there again!!

Worst customer service. They seem bothered if you need help with anything. I called 3x asking about something because they kept placing me on hold and forgetting about me or not caring that I was on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. I will definitely be going to a different location from here on out.

I wish this Hobby Lobby carried fabric, because it is definitely the most convenient craft store to where I live. Otherwise the staff has been very helpful. In my experience the prices are also better at Hobby Lobby, for things like trim (which again, this store does not carry).

Every time I have gone in there the employees have been rude and unhelpful. Today is the last straw and I will no longer go to this store. After being treated so poorly and being accused of trying to steal products I will not return again.

Disorganized and hard to find your way to the area you need. Staff is not very helpful and seem to be bothered to help you. Selection is a little low for the items i was looking for as well. Not the best hobby lobby i have been to.

It is almost certain that the discounts are just to advertise. Theyll "forget" to give you the discounts consistently at checkout. Lead-filled, Chinese, lowest-quality junk, now with false advertising.

Art and crafts stuff. Almost everything is over priced which is why they always have a sale. The sales rotate weekly back and forth between the departments. Theres always a 40% off coupon online.
