First off, Id like to say Ive been a long time, devoted customer of Hobby Lobby, and have always had an overall good experience until this evening. I tried to make a return this evening with a receipt that was past their 90 day policy, so I simply asked for store credit on the merchandise they actively stock based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days; which is their policy for returns made with an invalid or missing receipt. Janice (whom I believe was an assistant manager) told me that she would need to have someone go verify that the items were currently stocked and had not been clearanced out, which I completely understood and was fine with. However, Janice then informed me that she didnt currently have anyone in that department so I should try back another day (this was only the start of this rude and completely ridiculous interaction I had with Janice). Although taken back a little, I gladly offered to go look myself and take pictures with my phone camera (by the way did I mention that Im almost 8 months pregnant and was with my 3 year old son). She immediately dismissed this offer and stated that she needed to "have her eyes on it". I explained its not very ideal for me to have to come back another day, when they may or may not have someone available to help me with my return. When asked what day and time would be better, she bluntly stated "its hard to say". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I informed her how ridiculous this was, that she couldnt really expect me to be able to keep coming back in hopes that I somehow show up when someone is finally available to help me. She then grabbed me bag, quickly glanced in it and said "I think we have clearanced all this out so Im not gonna accept the return". I then pulled out multiple items and informed her that I had just passed by these items on the shelves while shopping prior to my return. At this point I asked the original cashier (Ashley) who was initially helping me, and was very nice and apologetic for the obviously ridiculous treatment I was receiving, how I could make a formal complaint. Janice once again popped her head in and rudely stated "youll need to call Oklahoma"; no apology, evidence of remorse, or additional information just simply to call Oklahoma. When I called her out on her dismissive behavior and the fact that she was blatantly going against the store policy, she was then "magically" able to find someone to come up and help me, i.e. she actually did her job and radioed for someone who was both available and able to come up right away. However, at this point I was practically in tears and upset that this horrible and humiliating interaction had occurred in front of my son, so I chose to just take my stuff and leave. This whole interaction with Janice, made it pretty evident that she simply didnt want to deal with the hassle of assisting with the completion of my return. I have had some poor customer service experiences in the past, but I can honestly say this was the worst. I feel sorry for the sweet cashier Ashley, who stated she was brand new, to be a party to this type of terrible customer service and I hope she doesnt let Janices rude, dismissive attitude and extremely poor social skills rub off on her.

I was trying to get help making my wedding bouquet. I was pointed in the right direction when I had the displeasure of meeting Linda. She works in the sewing department and was very unhelpful and rude. After I found what I needed I went back to the sewing Department because I needed needles and a little fabric cut for the rest of my bouquet. She did not answer my questions once again and when I tried to have the fabric I needed cut she tried to refuse until another customer refused her service and told her I was first. Absolutely terrible service. Linda is a terrible example of an employee for Hobby Lobby. I will not be going back to the store.

The manager followed me around like I was going to steal. The people there are extremely rude. I was shocked as they have all this christian rhetoric around the store. There is no signage so I had to wonder the store trying to find what I needed so they assumed I wanted to steal. The prices are higher than other places in the area. I find there enterance offensive and will not ever shop with this store again.

Time is needlessly wasted at this store (Quebec and County Line) trying to find assistance from store employees. I have encountered staff more interested in chatting with each other than meeting my eye and inquiring if help is needed on several occasions. Although this location is convenient, my time is better spent driving further for better service.

Of the hobby lobbies in this world this one seems a bit less organized, friendly, and helpful. The store doesnt seem to be arranged practically and when we attempted to return an item, the staff explained they no longer sell it. Next month, we found that item sitting on their shelves.

You can find staff to ask where things are, which is not true in other places. The staff handled my framing of two posters very nicely. The scrapbooks were all half off, so I felt like I got a good deal, and the check out person was pleasant and quick.

I love Hobby Lobby. I love the set up of their item. It gets my creativity flowing. I always walk out with something and its always on sale or clearances. What a steal every time. I cant wait for the spring items to roll in. They have it all!

A lot of the items I needed were out of stock. The employees were helpful though and did their best. This location has similar stock that the other locations in Colorado have.

It was nice because I ran into an old friends mother, and then saw a couple breaking up. Very friendly and helpful staff. All in all, very pleasant trip to the lobby.

Love the prices, the craft selection and supply, the weekly 40-50% off deals, and the seasonal goodies one can find here! Decorate or make at this fun craft store!

Their selection for crafting materials and decorations is amazing, but the really need a better method of pricing their items and improving the checkout process.

I was able to find 50th wedding anniversary cards for two important couples in our lives. Hobby Lobby has a great selection of cards for all occasions.

Great selection. Im always annoyed by places that have everything always on sale. It makes me feel like Im doing math, not getting a deal.

This store knows how to put things on clearance. The selection goes up and down, but I have found some of the best buys around here.
