For a craft store, theyre pretty big. They have everything from basic arts and crafts supplies, to furniture and wall decorations floral, framing, and fabric. They rotate seasonal merchandise, and apparently Christmas starts in June. They usually have some decent sales, and coupons on their website. My biggest complaint is how ancient and terrible their register system is. Employees have to type everything in by hand which takes an unnecessary amount of time. I dont understand why they dont upgrade, but whatever. If I cant find something at a smaller craft store like Michaels, I can usually find it at Hobby Lobby. But just be aware that they are a Christian based company and are closed on Sundays. They also play Christian music constantly, so just a heads up.

If there was a way to rate with a NEGATIVE STAR, I most definitely would. The store has absoluty horrible customer service. I was here just a few weeks ago and the employees barely cared at all that I was a paying customer. Paying for them to stand around while I needed help. I just wish that customer service members at this hobby lobby location understood that they are paid to help customers. I will never go to this awful place EVER AGAIN. I found an awesome selection of exactly what I needed at the next-door five star WAL-MART. They will be gaining five stars for saving me that day!! I advise to go to any other facility than this hobby lobby.

The manager followed me around as if I was going to steal. There is NO sinage to direct customers and I am not aware of the location of items in the store. I had to walk up every aisle to find the item. None of the workers knew where anything was. The manager was rude and offensive. The prices are way too high for the items and their enterance is extremely offensive to non-religious people. They have the right to post and sell what they want, but I will choose any other store!

when i came here the first thing i noticed was the older lady she was nice but the manager is rude and acts like your stealing! he followed me around the whole time and i even bought everything i had i dont steal but i caught him spying on me around every isle. why was it because im from Hispanic background and he doesnt have a single Hispanic or black person working there. im in the process of a lawsuit over his discrimination and racist behavior.

I went to leave the store with a friend and the alarm went off. My friend verified with the cashier that it was his bag setting off the alarm so I left. Two men then came out to stand behind my car until I went back inside to go back through the sensor to prove to them I didnt steal anything. Im pretty sure thats illegal, and regardless its very unprofessional. *surprise surprise* when I went through the sensor and hadnt stolen anything, dumbfucks.

The register/computer has NO IDEA what is on sale and my cashier just rang things up without looking at the weekly ad. Thankfully I paid attention to what was on sale. Otherwise I would have spent $55 more. It is ridiculous that the register/computer does not recognize sale items. No wonder the line moved so slow. Other than that, the store was organized and the staff were friendly.

I am at this Hobby Lobby quite often. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, and I think the selection is really good. Once in awhile Ill go out of my way to Micheals, but I usually find everything equal or cheaper at Hobby Lobby.

There is a very rude, cranky lady in the framing department at this store. I shopped here for several years, spending several thousands of dollars, but I will never shop here again due to her complete rudeness.

This place is the bomb! Awesome store that any conservative and Christian would love. We wont be going to Michaels anymore, this Hobby Lobby is far better and has a much more worthy worldview to support.

This run down place has terrible customer service. They need to pull the plug on this location. You would be better off crossing the freeway and shopping at the Michaels.
