Bad attitudes all the way around. Tried asking for help when the staff was standing around doing nothing but what looked like socializing. When asked for help to reach something they called over a pregnant worker for the reach and gave attitudes for what theyre supposed to provide (customer service). Not only were they rude but unfair to their coworkers. Sad to say but this store will lose customers and business with staff like that. Working in customer service for a long time i believe this stores staff needs to be re-trianed again on what customer service is. A manager diffinitly needs to be around while staff is talking to one another and make sure they help costomers. If you dont like your job, then quit! Other wise help when bell is ringing in the fabric dept, be attentive to customers, dont be lazy and ask a PREGNANT coworker to help for a item that needs a ladder to be reached. ONE STAR RATING!!!

I used to frequent this store and every time i go Im reminded of why i hate it. No knowledgeable staff, rude employees and they advertise "40% off on patterns everyday" and such, but new employees arent informed of this and Ive been told i wash wrong and they wouldnt call a manager. Charged full price for remanants and things clearly marked with clearence tags.

These people are so rude. The manager was rude and the help was rude. I was STILL going to buy something when I stood in line for 5 minutes and another cashier opened up and took the LAST person in my line which made me so angry I put my stuff down and walked out. The cashier just laughed and shrugged her shoulders.

Wow Brad, sounds like you may work there or are you the manager? After reading the reviews, I wont be patronizing the store! It sounds like there are a bunch of racists working there. Wake up people!! This is America where everyone is supposed to be created equally.

Art and crafts stuff. Almost everything is over priced which is why they always have a sale. The sales rotate weekly back and forth between the departments. Theres always a 40% off coupon online.
