Ive been shopping here for a long time, but Ive been doing it less and less as I find the same items online for literally 1/4th or 1/10th these prices. (go to etsy, they have a wonderful selection of craft supplies for soooo much cheaper) And some of their policies are just stupid. I went to return some polymer clay, but their price sticker said it was priced in 2012 so they cant take it back. (even if you feel the package, the clay is still very soft and workable, its unopened). But I have purchased clay off their shelf that was way older than 2 years and hard as a rock. If this clay is perishable, then they should be obligated to take it off their shelves when its old so customers dont buy it. Not to mention, when you try to make a return, youre treated like a downright criminal. They just assume you stole it if you dont have a receipt, and treat you that way. I understand they need your name and phone number, its policy, whatever, but Im talking about their attitude. The cashiers were suspicious and asking me a lot of questions. When did you get it? Why are you returning it? Whats wrong with it? Did you open it? is everything here? (followed by multiple people digging through a box to make sure everything is there) Did you get it at this store? Why dont you have a receipt? How did you pay for it? (not that it matters, I get store credit or cash if its under $10 I think) You make a return anywhere else, they dont ask anything besides maybe if theres something wrong with it because theyre putting it back on the shelf. I was tired of how I was being treated. If this is how theyre going to treat regular customers, then I dont want to be one anymore.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FALSELY ACCUSED!! Bald manager with disheveled attire tried accusing me of stealing! I am an upstanding citizen who has never stolen anything from anyone. I had a return for which I did not have a receipt on me, and he immediately tried to insinuate that I had stolen the airbrushing items. why? he said because I didnt have a receipt. who keeps receipts in this day and age. look that info up on my credit card. he didnt even ask if I had the card I purchased that stuff on. what a idiot! this is the most I figured I could do to him and because of him, Ill never shop at hobby lobby ever again! I feel humiliated and embarrassed and for what reason? for purchasing something, and losing receipt. Im going home to find the receipt so I can show him hes an idiot. idk if he gets stolen from a lot but he accused the wrong person and he LOST my business and my entire families business FOR LIFE. He should be terminated immediately and at the least he should be made to tuck in his short shirt or get clothes that fit him. Im so in shock I cant believe this actually happened. when I figure out his name Ill repost to keep him from doing this to anyone ever again

I bought a picture frame from this Hobby Lobby when they were 50 percent off. The frame ended up being warped and poor quality. My picture was scrunched in one of the corners. I took the frame back 4 days later and wanted to upgrade to a better one. I had my recepit and they wouldnt give me the discount back on a new frame. They told me to come back in a week when it would be going on again..... poor customer service! Ill go buy one at Michaels. I noticed later in the week that their weekly ad said all frames were half off instore as well. Awful customer service!

This is the worst worst worst store ever!!! I will be going to a real art store from now on without having to truck through tacky decorations. Everything is way over priced especially their stickers. Customer service is horrible horrible horrible. Even worse I had a loss prevention security following me the whole time I am shopping. Yeah get real, what kind of big men happen to be just looking in hobby lobby. Rude rude rude. I will never go into another hobby lobby as long as I live. Not even worth the one star I gave them.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in retail , ever time go into hobby lobby the employees are really unfriendly , if you need help finding anything there stores they act like your in unconvincing them . Also I feel they go out of there way to not help. This can be said for all hobby lobbys that Ive been . Dont waste your money at any of them , your just rewarding really bad behavior , this is one time Walmart has better behavior in costumer service ! Unbelievable !

Huge store, lots of different departments and brands. Compared to other ones around town it is a lot bigger. Some items are over priced in my opinion but some are a great steal. Just have to bargain shop between craft stores. Sale items are usually 40 to 50 % off which makes up for the higher prices. Huge clearance selections in each department. Only gave 4 stars because of the higher cost. But the store itself would be 5 stars. Friendly staff and clean store.

As we were approaching to check out an employee named "Mindy" was opening up. We were up next and she denied us and said to go to the other line, but she gladly accepted another white customer. I feel like there is a lot of racisim around this Hobby Lobby. Another employee I believe his name is Kurtiss, gladly helped us to check out at the register. Maybe you should really reconsider what type of people you guys hire. Never coming back here.

Absolutely terrible attitudes. Like most craft stores, there is too much estrogen flying around. If you want to spend a few hundred dollars on stickers and fabric, do it somewhere where you can at least get kind service. This store is staffed with unbelievably rude people.

I disagree with the bad reviews. Ive been shopping at the Belmar store for a couple of years and while on rare occasion Ive had to wait a few minutes in a line, for the most part they have plenty of checkers and its quick. Ive had great customer service here!

Over charged by 40 dollars for a 28 dollar stool. Wall clock had missing parts. The click is a manufacturer issue. Getting overcharged is on Hobby Lobby. Going back today and will edit review if response is adequate.

Excellent variety of products - sewing, craft items as well as home decor. Good stash of cheap discounted items sprinkled around the perimeter of the store. Keep your eyes pealed!

Awesome! They have so much craft stuff, and other things here. Great sales every week and great clearance. Better prices and bigger selection than Michaels.
