Im done. Today I was overcharged about $15 because discounts have to be applied manually by cashiers, if they happen to remember. I feel sorry for them, because literally half the store is always discounted, but in a rotating fashion, so they are always getting Confused. This is a recurring problem and I nearly always have to correct them, but it shouldnt be my duty as a customer to scrutinize. Today, with a basket full of holiday gifts and a long line, I let my guard down only to find out later that I had indeed not been credited with two discounts. Again, dont blame cashiers. This is entirely a management issue. Invest in a new point of sale or devise some better system, but for now, youve lost a frequent customer.

I just picked up some artwork I had framed at Hobby Lobby. The picture is entirely dependent on having a balanced border, and the border was not framed evenly. I understand that there was a problem, and had I received a phone call to ask for a go ahead, I would have paid for work done so far and cancelled the order. But it was framed without a consult, I had to pay for this disaster, and it looks really bad. I TOTALLY do not recommend getting your art framed here.

Love this store, especially since the remodel. I shop here a lot. They have wonderful stuff. Although workers are a bit hard to find sometimes for questions, they are very friendly at the registers. They always read off the discount you are getting on each item. I once had something that had a little scratch on it, since it was the last one they gave me a nice discount on it. I appreciate that kind of service.

It pretty much carries any supplies I may need. The staff knowledge is a bit hit and miss, but they still make a great effort at helping you find an answer. Im not saying that the staff should be all knowing, but as a collective team they make this location ausome.
