I recently went to michaels on a sunday, i arrived at 7:30, and at 7:45 they were announcing that the store will be closing and if we didnt take our items to the front within the next five minutes, we would not be able to check out because the registers would be closed. They were very rude, and wouldnt even help me find what i was looking for because they were too busy sweeping up in time to close... The time on this page says they close at 10pm so i dont see why they were kicking everyone out.

Store is arranged better as not as cluttered as before. Several frames had cracked glass, so, called it to the attention of a clerk on the floor. She was super professional and took the frames out of stock. Cashier was also efficient and professional. Hopefully the frames are not placed back on the shelf like the last broken frame I notified about.

Great selection on merchandise and really competitive prices. The staff is generally courteous and efficient at checkout. Store is relatively clean but the restrooms were not well taken care of.

I hate this place. Their stuff is so over priced and when you have a coupon they spend the whole time fighting with you how you cant use them when it clearly says on the coupon you can.

They have cross stitch supplies very affordable. Clean store with awesome staff. They where cleaning even the walls close to the ceiling. Place looks good.
