I bought a set of christmas decorations and used a 50% off coupon I had from a previous purchase, so I got the set for $10 instead of $20. When I got home and opened it, I was disappointed and annoyed to find that out of the 8 pieces in the set, 6 where missing. I went back to exchange it, and found they were out of stock of the color I had originally wanted, but settled for a different color. The cashier was very rude and unfriendly when I attempted to exchange the product, and refunded me the $10 then told me I would have to pay an additional 10$ in order to exchange the damaged set because I wouldnt be able to use the coupon I had, even though I returned the product purchased with the coupon. This seems ridiculous that they would penalize a customer for a mistake and massive inconvenience that was their own fault. Ive been shopping there for ten years, and will not be returning after this incident. Not to mention they only ever have one cashier available and there is always a 20 minute wait to purchase anything.

Michaels coupons are a scam and this store is poorly managed! Its the day after Christmas, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, and do you know how many cashiers they had working? Two! How many people were in line? Over 20! It took 25 minutes of waiting in line. That smacks of poor management. Or maybe its intentional, making your customers wait in line in front of a row of goods, hoping they will buy more things. Coupons are useless at Michaels. I went to get a frame today, and all frames were 30-40% off. My 50% off one regular priced item was thus useless. They wouldnt even just take 50% off the regular price. Its a scam. They mark up everything super high and then put it back down a bit with sales that are always going on. Thus, the actual prices are normal to somewhat expensive, where coupons dont apply. Avoid this place!

Ive been to this Michaels Framing department several times before and had the misfortune of having to work with Pam each time. Ive probably had 6 different conversations with this associate and every time she is incredibly rude and combative. She does not listen well, never paying attention to my requests, and she exhibits some of the worst customer service skills Ive seen. I rarely ever write bad reviews or complain about a store but this framing department deserves it. Even my spouse said this woman was incredibly nasty. She also poorly framed the last item I brought in (totally crooked). Ill never be going to this Michaels again, and I visit a Michaels store about once a week.

Review for the frame shop. Went in with an unusual job. Sen was very helpful, talking us through choices and showing us the sample images of our matte job in the computer. Job was done 3 days before their estimated time! Before I could pick it up, the supervisor called and explained that due to the nature of our matte and frame, some of our choices didnt look very good. She changed the matte, and added acrylic "glass" for free, to help protect our artwork. The final outcome looks great! Really appreciated the extra steps to make sure we were happy with the result.

Helpful staff, great selection, amazing coupons! My one and only complaint: as a person with physical difficulties, the lack of a motor chair in this store is practically inexcusable. Plus, the isles are far too small for me to even use my OWN wheelchair. So because I have no choice but to walk the store I have to devote an Entire Days energy to just going to the craft store. Please start thinking about your less mobile customers when you are not just planning your buildings but designing your isles. •▪

Michaels is always a fun place to find craft supplies and shop. We went two days after Christmas and they seemed to be a little understaffed. It was difficult and slow to find the help I needed with products. However, upon checking out, Reuben, the store manager, went the extra mile to save us a few dollars. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

They carry a wide selection of materials and tools for a wide variety of creative applications for those interested in expressing themselves or making beautiful and useful items that have a "personal" touch. They even provide classes for some of those possible applications. AND its all done at reasonable prices.

It was the night before a project was due & the brand new marker that I bought there & needed for it wouldnt work. Ya. I immediately went to call the store & they closed in 2 minutes. The manager​ AJ, went out of his way to help me. I seriously cannot thank him enough. Best customer service experience ever!

This is a nice smallish craft store. Theres not a ton of stock for every kind of craft, but what they do carry is easy to find, with nice displays that are fun to browse. They have good sales regularly. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
