Store is unorganized and literally no help to be found anywhere. After walking around the store twice to try to locate someone who worked there that wasnt at a register to ask for help, I encountered their employee Paige. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. When we politely said "excuse me mam can you help us?" She rolledher eyes and sighed said "ummm....." and walked away with something in her hands for someone else. She never came back. Then we were gonna buy the one item we could find ourselves when we went to the check out, other customers were in line just to ask for help also and then the cashiers left to help. Store is a mess we made no purchase and left.

After ordering matting for a painting, I waited for a call. After a couple of weeks I called the store to ask why it was taking so long. They couldnt find my order and told me theyd call me if they found it. I asked that they refund the money to my credit card, but their policy is that I have to come back into the store and talk to a manager before they will refund the money. There was no mention of the time Id already wasted driving to their store, waiting in line, getting the order right and then waiting two weeks for nothing. Now Im supposed to come in and plead for my money back? I dont think that is the way to treat a customer you have already inconvenienced.

They have an alright selection. If you need something specific you may need to order online. They have lots of coupons which is great and makes it more affordable. Not always the greatest service. Cranky cashiers sometimes and I was shamed once for only buying one thing with my one item 60℅ off coupon.

Staff is not helpful. Tried to get them to help me find an item in backstock and to do a simple price check to no avail. They acted like it was a burden to help. I ended up getting cheaper paint because they were unable to help me. This store needs to train their employees in proper customer service.

Its a Michaels... Pretty much what you expect to be there is there. Its expensive unless you game the system with their always available coupons. Id prefer just across the board reasonable prices, but again, its a Michaels so I guess most folks know what theyre in for.

Clean and orderly. Staff is friendly. Framing department here does absolutely fantastic. Staffing level does fluctuate, and when they get busy, especially around the holidays, the whole store can grind to a halt. Much better selection than other craft stores in town.

I enjoy this store, this time they just didnt have what I wanted. Would love to see a better collection of wooden letters. More fonts and sizes.

I come here for the cake decorating supplies, some of which you can only get here. I just wish it werent so expensive.

Too brightly lit. Like almost institutional. Staff are nowhere to be found and isles arent labeled. Not my favorite
