Unfortunately this is the closest to jo-anns to where I live, and Ive used it multiple times out of convenience. I have been making things for my wedding which puts me in joanns more than usual and in multiple locations. This is by far the worst, the products that Jo-ann sells is for the most part the same, some stores have more selection than others so thats no issue here. This store has more product selection than location on Gilbert and Southern and is also larger which is nice, i have always seemed to find what i came in for and more, they have a large fabric selection, huge lace/ribbon selection and items are well stocked throughout. But the staff are terrible, I had to return an item I had purchased too many of and also make a purchase, the lady was nice enough during checkout but when it came to the return she couldnt help me..apparently only 1 person in the entire store could do a return. So I had to move my items to this ladies register and wait..and wait. Which isnt the end of the world by any means, but to only have 1 person at the front end who isnt even capable of completing all types of transactions for their customers is bad management. I dont know her name but im asuming she is the supervisor or some type of leader as she was the apparently the only one who can do more than scan an item. I came back the next day to purchase more items to make things for my wedding and the staff showed yet again their extreme lack in customer service and have never once reached out to me or anyone ive seen while shopping there. I will drive to any other location, smaller or bigger if it means not having to deal with the staff here. If you need to make a return here, id recommend just asking a cashier when you get in to get the manager and save yourself 30 minutes of waiting.

I went in on December 23rd at 11 AM and there were two workers plus one manager staffing the entire store two days before Christmas. One clerk at fabric counter and the other at the cash register. At one point I counted 17 shoppers in line (including myself) waiting to check out. The store was horribly understaffed for holiday shoppers as it should have had enough clerks to work all four registers and someone to answer the phone that was ringing non-stop. It took me exactly 25 minutes to reach the register and I was informed, "Sorry, someone called in sick." Seriously??!! That is why Hobby Lobby wins my business now...

One of this stores managers helped me look for a specific item I needed for half an hour! She was So nice and really helped me; she looked Everywhere with me. I dont have her name but she was older with glasses. Not as big a selection as other bigger Joanns locations, but still has a lot of great stuff. Some of the coupons are picky with how you can use them, but they do accept competitors coupons which I love! This location is always organized and clean too!

This Jo-Ann Fabrics location does not have as great of a selection as some of their other stores have. It is a good place to go for basic crafting supplies. Yet, often when I leave there, I feel like I have spent a lot without much to show for it. However, if your kid has a school project, you can find things at Jo-Anns that you probably wont be able to find anywhere else.

This is my favorite Joanns store. Ill drive an extra few miles to come here! The store is clean and well laid out, and the staff here are extremely cheerful and helpful. The cashiers always remind me to use my mobile coupons (psst! download the Joanns app for your phone!).

This place is awesome. I frequently get lost in this store while my wife shops for fabric. I strongly encourage men to spend time finding the random oddness that can be seen in Joanns while your wife shops.
