Aryanne, im sorry to hear about your experience. This is unsettling to me because I work at that Michaels. I what to inform you that we have hired a few new employees and that would explain why he didnt know about your product. Why he was rude and didnt offer to have someone else help, I have no idea and Im sorry about that. Because its getting closer to Christmas, that would explain why we are super busy. Maybe he was just overwhelmed with helping another customer. But I do apologize on his behalf for the way that you were treated and I do hope that you would reconsider not shopping at this location.

Terrible customer service. I went in, there was nobody there to greet me. I passed by at least 7 employees and only 1 employee asked if i needed help; and after I explained what I was looking for he said "I have no idea what youre talking about, sorry I cant help you," as he walked away from me. He didnt even ask for me to show him what I was looking at in comparison to the product I was looking for. THEY HAD WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, I was just asking if the had it in a smaller amount. Rude, I will not come back here.

Older store that seemed a little dirty. Employees appeared very unhappy and I did not see anyone helping customers on the floor. There wasnt even music playing when I was there and the lines were moving veeery slowly, making for a rather uncomfortable experience. I was relieved to be done there and probably wont be back to this store when there are so many others around.

The woman who helped me was fabulous. I am not a craft person but needed materials for my students to make gifts and she walked me around the store. And they give 15% discount to teachers. My only issue with the place is that there is practically nobody on the floor. I had to ask at the desk for them to find someone to help me.

Very poor service here. I can never find someone to help me and when I do, they often are stretched so thin that they barely give any attention to my request. I prefer Hobby Lobby.

Cashier was extremely not helpful. They advertise and push coupons on my phone daily but when I had a few questions about the coupons, cashier shot me down quickly.
