I love fabric stores and the creativity in them. Though what I dont like its when the employees make you feel like youre just wasting their time. Granted a couple employees like greta in framing are just wonderful. Most others especially the management really just should get their head clear. I also feel bad for the ones on the register. People yell at them because obviously managers understaff them and since they are impatient and cant wait 5 minutes to get to checkout they just lose it. Also granted there have been a few times where I have been waiting for 10 minutes or longer but still. Not the cashiers fault. You cant expect one employee to cater and checkout a whole store of people in rush. If the management and energy of this store was better. It would have a way better rating.

Med-Large clean store with friendly employees. Only flaw are sometimes slow lines. If you need a lot of fabric cut be careful when you go, I would say early afternoon or close to close to beat the rush, obvious and typical of any store. They do the best they can! People complaining about the lines: I have never been to a Joann that had more employees creating shorter lines, they are a mega chain and practice the same design and hiring policies. I have been to stores with less friendly people and less cleanly, lived a lot of places so Ive seen a lot of Joanns, this is a good location. I shop here very often and wanted to stand up for all the friendly people who work here, theyre working hard... you cant please some people.

Smaller building for this Jo-Anns location so their seems to be more inventory stocked closer together for easier locating. Store coupons make items reasonably priced. Always a long line to get fabric cut and usually only one cashier working no matter how many customers in line. Still, the quality and selection of their items make this a store to continue shopping at and this is a convenient location in a large shopping complex with lots of parking and good selection of stores near by.

I called & asked a couple simple questions to see if the item was available & round about of price. Fact of the matter is your customer service is impatient! Being handed off between a couple employees, hence the 1st one couldnt stand to be bothered. The 2nd individual picking up after I was on hold for a few minutes..She was short & impatient as well.I will never purchase @ your store ever again.

Poor customer service. An employee at the fabric cutting station was completing paperwork instead of waiting on customers. I asked her if she could please wait on us and her response was that she needed to finish completing this form and that we needed to wait. I am still flabbergasted.

I prefer this Jo-Ann store to most of the others. Its big, clean, and usually has a nice selection of items. I can spend a lot of time browsing here. They seem to have better inventory than some of the older stores Ive visited.

Hire some damn cashiers. I am so tired of waiting twenty minutes to check out every time I walk in here, and I have to put up with it because they ran every other fabric store out of business. This is ridiculous.
