Always helpful and friendly, even for the odd requests we throw at them all the time as their customers :). Its a beautiful store, especially since their remodel. The selections are organized and well-displayed. Special thanks to the staff there, especially Sherry and Mark who always have helpful tips and are always ready to demonstrate how an unfamiliar hand tool works and suggest alternate ways of working with particularly demanding projects. A big chain with small town service and charm. Thank you!!

Because Im inexperienced at leather making, I was reluctant to go inside after reading a previous review. Im not sure who the reviewer was speaking with, but the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out with only a catalog and a better understanding of leather making. I did get a warning that leather making is extremely addicting!

If you want leather and leather-related DIY items this is the place for you. The staff are friendly and are genuinely interested in your project and want to help you be successful with it. The selection of leather is vast and the whole store smells of awesome.
