I have a little bit of a love / hate thing with Michaels in general and this store is pretty much the standard for Michaels stores.... decent selection, small crowded isles, kind of pricy, but I will say this location has a better clearance area in my opinion and friendlier staff than others I have been to so kudos for that. The major problem I have with Michaels is that I discovered internet shopping... Michaels is perfect for the occasionally needed baking supplies or art project needs - and great for someone who isnt big on online shopping but if youre a professional and not just a hobbyist and you have time on your hands - you should try to look around before making major purchases at a Michaels. Still giving it a good rating though because its just that, a craft / hobby store and they do it well. :D

I have been in many, many Michaels stores.. Am an avid crafter, scrapbooker, and jewelry maker, etc.. Spend $$.. This location will not get another $1.. Their customer service was absolutely horrible ! I asked for theme specific items.." Well ya I havent seen any of those.. So I dont think so"... Will you be having any jewelry making classes available soon? " not this month " .. Not helpful.. No incentive to help.. No personality.. Im sadly ,,no longer going to frequent this location .

Best craft supplies around. Prices are normally on the high side but sales and coupons are plentiful and can at least bring the prices to online equivalents. Sometimes even better than online. When we finally found someone to answer questions for us she was very nice and helpful. We didnt let her go until we got all of our questions answered just incase we couldnt find someone again. Good service at the register too. Just need more people on the floor.

My favorite place to get frames. I went there looking for calligraphy ink and found what I was looking for in 2 minutes...I had to ask the staff of course who was very helpful and nice. Check out was slow.. May because it was the weekend and a lot of people were there.

I can always find what Im looking for. Always look at what coupons are available! They just about have something for everything. The employees are kind. One of them in particular (I cannot recall her name) was joking with us. There is very friendly service.

Typical Michaels stores. Tight aisles, low budget art supplies. Cluttered stores with too much stuff everywhere. Stores are dreary and so are the workers, which are hard to find to get assistance. Framing shop is hit or miss, depends on who is working.

I like Michaels but I think the customer service at this location needs a bit of an overhaul....or I just get all the grumpy ones. I am glad that Hobby Lobby moved in across the street. Right now the coupons are the only reason I go to michaels.

They always have great deals on project and craft products with attractive coupons to make it even more affordable (join their club to receive coupons by email and text to have them easily on you while there).

My daughter lost my credit card in this store and the management would not announce over the intercom. Everyone working here is about enthusiastic as a mush. Actually it is pathetic how everyone acted.

This is a huge well stocked and maintained michaels. If your in arts and crafts mode check this place out! Right around the corner is a hobby lobby for all the other goodies you need.
