The purchase: Horrible customer service. I purchased some things, but by the time I got to my car, I realized I may have been charged incorrectly. I went back inside to ask, and even before I could show the employee my purchase and receipt, she starts explaining it away. The merchandise: One of the things I purchased was sticking felt letters. I ended up returning them because they were utter crap. A seemingly random amount of each letter and number, with the assumption you can use Ws for Ms and Zs for Ns. The return: I walk in and wait up front. I see a front end supervisor of some sort. She doesnt greet me or see the bag in my hand or care at all, so she goes to tidy up the merch between the registers. Im trying to make eye contact with anyone and everyone who works there, to no avail. Front end supervisor person comes back to her "station" of leaning up against the shopping cart rail, again making no eye contact. I finally go up to her and tell her I have a return. She yells me to go stand in the same long-ass line that people who are purchasing are in. All in all I spent about 20 minutes trying to return those crappy felt letters. Every step of the way left me with absolutely no reason to come back, ever. Ill stick with the shy but knowledgeable geeks at Michaels and crabby but wise old ladies at Joann.

Why lock down your bathrooms 30 minutes before closing? We have kids and always seem to be here around closing. But if you need the bathroom its blocked off! I asked the manager about this and was told point blank that they like to leave on time... Really??? ITS BUSINESS HOURS AND WERE STILL SHOPPING!!! When our 3 year old and 5 year old kids cant wait to go to the bathroom this is a PROBLEM!!!! This is a repeated problem!!!! I have seen adults and parents alike all furious over the early bathroom closure. It shows a real lack of courtesy and respect for your shoppers. Period. End of story. There is no excuse for this. There is zero reason this can not be done before hours, or after hours. At minimum please dont block both bathroom at once with your ridiculous blockade to both the mens and womens restrooms.. Then the parents can still take a child into the vacant restroom.

Love the stock they have but comparing them to Michaels they need to be a little more interactive with customers. Michaels happily accepts their competitors coupons, this hobby lobby does so reluctantly. My worse experience was when I shopped with my children and I bought them hats, as I continued with my shopping an associate came up to me and asked me if I was going to pay for that. I was shocked and outraged! Thankfully her colleague saw her and informed a manager. They didnt apologise but I do hope they train their staff because this would not be my first incident. I shop here at least twice in a week. The staff are not helpful and seem a little unhappy.

Everything you need and then some. Im having a cross stitch project framed and was impressed with the gentleman helping me choose matting and the frame. In about two weeks Ill be able to attest to the quality of framing done. Hobby lobby has a wide variety of pre made frames that Ive utilized, hair accessories for my daughter, craft supplies, keepsakes, home decor, etc. I havent come across a rude or disrespectful employee yet, but I have encountered many friendly and helpful ones.

They have a TON of stuff, but it is SO HARD to find anything here!! the signs on the aisles are small, sometimes Ive wandered around trying to find what Im looking for for at least 30 minutes. And not one salesperson approached me to help me. I usually end up going here instead of Michaels because of their selection, but i do not enjoy it.

This Hobby Lobby is always clean and organized. That makes it easier to find what I want when I am on a quest, or to wander around aimlessly looking for ideas as though Pinterest does not exist. The staff are helpful, though sometimes too spread out to find, and very friendly.

Halloween decoration and thansgiving decorations, as well ad Christmas. Priced reasonable. Clean. Not to pleasant on customer service. spoke to a couple of sells reps and it seems as though I was a bother to them. I suppose, they were having a not so good of a day.

They have a great selection, can always find something to buy. My 5 year old loves the art supplies and and science/toy aisle. The lines always seem to be long though or it just takes forever to checkout.

I think the best place for holiday, arts & crafts. This store personal are very nice, and the store is always clean. My wife loves to just walk around the place even if we do not need anything.

The Store Needs Some improvement, I like the Prices so far but is hard to find stuff, there are not Isle Labels and the employees were not much help, spent in the store more than planned.

Basically has everything one could need, with the exception of available staff to answer questions. Found what I was looking for at Wal-Mart instead, at lower prices.

Clean, fast lines, has all the crafting supplies you might need and more! I bought a frame and mat, the mat was custom size bit made instantly and very cheap.

I always find a good deal here. If something isnt on sale I can easily pull up the coupon on my smartphone without having to sign up for anything.
