I am redecorating my house, for that reason I have been purchasing and spending a lot of time in there trying to decide what item would best suit my style. I use to spend several hundreds dollars each time I visit, employees are usually nice if you ask for help but not friendly. They would stare at you if they see that you have been there for more than what they consider "normal". When I know what I want I can spend there half hour otherwise, I could be there for two hours until I am sure to get what I want. If you are the kind of "abnormal" shopper that need to get in love with the item before taking it home, that use a metric tape to make sure the item will fit in your wall or space so you dont have to come back to return it later, that kind of "abnormal" shopper like me you know, well then expect to have someone from the staff close by as your own shadow. That always makes me uncomfortable but it havent bothered me enough to write a review until now. Last Wednesday I purchased several items, I spent over $200, when I came home I noticed that one of the items was added two times so I decided to go back on Thursday morning to clarity the error and ask for a refund of that particular extra charge, I took the item and the receipt with me in the bag they gave me. The clerk in the return and exchange area was a very young girl, while the refund was a quick process the clerk didnt say hi nor tried to be nice or smile, nothing. She was like a cold steady robot. My daughter asked me to let her look for a doll house she really likes so when I wanted to go in the store with the bag and the item I brought for the refund, the clerk said that costumers are not allowed to do that so she retained my item ( a little metallic bucket with a wire holder ) with receipt and all with her until I was done looking for the doll house. I did as the clerk said but I was upset and didnt let my daughter to purchase the house for that reason. I am very discourage to be treated as a thief when all I do is to spend lot of time and money there. Money that I definitely will be spending somewhere else instead of hobby lobby. Apparently they dont care to lose good costumers.

I spend way too much time in this place but theres so much to choose from, that even if you went for something small, you leave with $100 in stuff. I call it the $100 club. Many great things for decor, parties, summer, Christmas, crafts and so on. Too many things to list and choose from. I do wish there were more coupons available at one time, like normal 50% off and 40% off a regular priced item but an additional amount off clearanced or deal busters, because hardly anything is regular price. My son loves the Hex robots and i love all of the wood and canvas prints. Some of the wood items are great as well to just stain and hang, like the arrows and different sayings.

The store is organized and clean and like every Hobby Lobby a lot of fun, but the service in the fabric department is awful. When laying out our fabric, a friend and I were trying to decide which one to choose, she rudley asked us to move someplace else, we had 5 different ones we were choosing from, we had no place else to set them, she stated she had people to help, but they were being helped by the other associate, Pam is who we dealt with, she was very rude, she also made a few comments about how she only had 10 more minutes, she clearly hates her job. If possible try to get anyone else but Pam to help you in the fabric department.

Dangerous store for any artsy craftsy person. I could be in there all day looking and buying things. Love this store. Only con is not having the particular product I needed in Stock and zero idea of when theyd have it, as they have no idea whats being sent to them on supply trucks. Left me feeling irritated because I was in the middle of a project, and they apparently didnt have good communication with purchasing clerk. Went to 5 other stores finally found one that had it in stock, thanks Michaels

Took a picture to their custom framing department, and they did a very poor job. Picture was not centered in the frame, and was taped to the glass. For the styrofoam backing they pieced together smaller pieces, because they didnt have the larger piece in stock. When it was finished it looked like something a 5 year old with no framing experience put together. They said they will fix it, but now I am stuck with an additional 2 week wait while it is fixed.

This company is crooked. I returned over 200 dollars worth of unused prisma colored pencils without a receipt and they said fine and gave me a gift card...then it did not work and they said call corporate and then they said "well u probably stole them" I cannot believe their audacity! They had no proof it is untrue and they stole from me! As long as I live I will never buy from hobby lobby ever. They are crooks!

I needed some matting for a picture. I went to a couple places before Hobby Lobby. They were all grumpy and non-helpful. They said that they couldnt just cut some mat for me right there. I was confused by this since I know it only takes a couple minutes. Finally I went to Hobby Lobby. Great customer service. They quickly gave me the help I needed. For framing in the future, this is the first place I will go.

Ive visited this Hobby Lobby a few times and I could not be more impressed with the store and the staff. The store itself, you can tell that there is pride in the work they do. The building is nice and clean. The staff are happy to let you know where to go and will help you hunt down the craft stuff you need. I havent been to the fabric section, but Ive been told they are pretty good there too.

Looking for those hard to find craft/hobby supplies? Try Hobby Lobby! Everything from custom frames, home decor, fabric, art supplies and much much more. Beware though, you cant walk out with just one item, youll want to buy the whole store. Also be ready to see stuff for 3 future holidays. Nothing worse than seeing stuff for Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas all at once in July!

Chaotic normality at this Hobby Lobby....so much to visually take in, but thats the norm for any Hobby Lobby or other similar craft/home decor box store. I love the selection, and the seasonal changes. Staff is helpful, store is well maintained, and I love the Christian music being played on the store speakers.

Hobby Lobby is a huge store with candles, seasonal decorations, home decorations and lots of crafting supplies. Their Christmas trees and decorations are up in July. They also have decent sales on seasonal decorations. The only bad thing about Hobby Lobby is that its closed on Sundays.

Theres tons of great stuff here. My girlfriend and I went to go get some materials to make stuff for a friends wedding and we were not disappointed. If you can think of something you need for a craft, youre almost sure to find it here. Organized, clean, friendly.
