This company is horrible! They disrespected my family when we were shopping there. My mother was trying to check out and didnt understand the credit card machine. PATTY, who was the cashier, talked down to my mother as if she was dumb and didnt know how to use her card. My mother tried to hand her her card and Patty slapped her hand, and told her to swipe it in the machine, my mother walked out of the store due to the way she was being treated. I went back to talk to the manager about what was going on and Patty started talking over me while I was explaining to Vicky what happened. I myself work in customer service and if I tried a customer like Patty did I would not have a job. PATTY and VICKY talks down to their customers and we will never be that store again!!!

This store is probably one of the best quilt and fabric stores I have ever been to. I feel like the staff is so friendly and helpful and the quilting that Andrea does is beautiful. The lady that used to do my machine quilting quit due to health issues and it took me awhile to find another quilter to do my machine quilting for me. I found her. She does an amazing job. I wouldnt take my quilting anyplace else. And as far as their selection of fabrics, I can find everything I need. Heartfelt is an amazing place and I love to shop there. They treat me as though I am part of their family. Thank you Vickie, Andrea, Jamie, Lori, Patty, Paula, Deanna and Stephanie. You guys are the best.

I would give this company not even one star. PATTY who was the cashier was very rude, smacked my grandmothers hand, talked down to her. We tried to talk with the "owner" VICKI over the phone, she claims she saw and heard the whole thing and there was nothing wrong with the way Patty treated myself, my grandmother, and my mother, VICKI will hang up on you, she talks over you before she even gives you a chance to explain the situation. If you feel like being treated like a piece of dirt, by all means do business here! Myself and my family as well as any human being deserves to be treated better than the way they do business. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

I would like to respond to the last complaint. I was in the store when this incident happened. I felt that Patty stayed very calm while trying to help with the credit card machine. You could tell the incident escalated quickly with the customer. In my opinion the customers were not in a good mood before they came into the store and when things didnt go their way, they got upset. I drive from Davis County to come to this store for both my scrapbooking and quilting supplies. The staff and owner are both very friendly and helpful. The best store ever!!

Great selection of fabric and scrapbook supplies. However, I wouldnt recommend having anything quilted. They quilted the wrong pattern on TWO of my quilting projects. They didnt just mess up once, they messed up twice. The instructions were clear, but Andrea (the long armer) doesnt seem to take her job seriously. The quilting is also poor quality, like she never adjusts her bobbin tension.

Left my car there for less than an hour after they closed and they felt it necessary to have it towed even though its just an empty parking lot on a holiday weekend... Not cool, will never go back there.
