After having the worst customer service experience at the new Riverdale store I headed to the Layton store to tend to some transactions that the Riverdale store told me to do there. When I got to the store Sandra and Michelle were absolutely wonderful! They did have bad news for me letting me know that I was given false information at the last store but they calmly and kindly help rectify the issue. They even talk to the manager Cordell Who took the time to listen and then make things better. I went into the store frustrated with my last experience, and then surprised and frustrated again when I was told I was given wrong information. But I left the store very happy, and appreciating and respecting all three of those employees for taking care of me in this specific circumstance. Although I live closer to the riverstore I will always go to the Layton store because I know there they will take care of their customers with great attitudes, smiles, and listen with intent ears!!! Thank you Cordell, Michelle, and Sandra for renewing my faith in hobby lobby! :-)

Horrible experience. We bought some of their easter decor 8 days ago and found out that this week they were on sale. So we went back for a price adjustment. They wouldnt just adjust the price because it had been more than 7 days (*me rolling my eyes). We even asked the teller if she could ask a manager of there was a way. No dice. They told us if we returned the items we would have to go to the shelves and find the items again to buy them at the sale price. So we went over to the shelves and they didnt have what we wanted on the shelves, the items were up high and there was no one to be found to help us so we went back to the register and asked for help. It was like some huge burden for the employees. Such an awful experience, so annoying to be there. Probably just go to michaels (michaels will even take hobby lobby s coupons ;) )

I have nothing bad to say about the stores service or their appearance. Its just what they do to my pay check. This place is a husbands nightmare. We are constantly getting dragged here to look at projects that are just going to increase our to do list. At least when we drug to the mall we have a few guy things to look at and the occasional Saint Nicolas. But not here. And the wort part is I get yelled at for everything I touch! Ladies, yeah you should probably go. Men, this is the moment you need to use that one excuse you have been saving for months. I am pretty sure you garbage can needs scrubbed with a toothbrush.

Hobby Lobby has a lot of neat stuff. I could spend hours walking around looking at all the interesting things only to forget why I was there in the first place. Pro-Tip: Write down in ink on the back of your hand what your looking for so you dont get distracted. Leave your credit card and phone at home (access to your banking and credit resources can spell financial disaster)... Bring only enough cash to buy what you think you need. Your mind will play tricks on you so listen to your inner voice! Be Strong Hobby Lovers.

I would like to have a way to communicate directly with this stores management, or whoever is in charge of training procedures, but apparently there isnt. Not an email address or contact information, nothing. If there were, I would not be forced to leave a two star review. I spend a lot of money there for my business. I was really aggravated with my experience today, which I chalk up to poor training procedures.

This place has amazingly unique decor for any style! Super heroes, car fanatics, decor for man caves, garages, laundry room, kitchen, babys room - even home theater! They also have awesome holiday and seasonal decorations, toys, crafting, drawing, painting supplies - and their faux floral, darling furniture & custom framing department are incredible!

Great customer service while we were there but the $80 product we bought had already been used and returned and was sold as new. They did not even test the product (a Neo for Iwata airbrush) to insure that it worked properly before putting it on the shelf, which it does NOT. I will be very careful buying anything from here again, especially at their prices.

I love it because of their fabric department. They have great material and I love that I can use a 40 percent coupon. The staff are always helpful and they seem to like their job. Cant wait for the Riverdale store to get finished as it is close to me. Until then I will go to Layton. Go there at least every two weeks.

I visited from Johannesburg South Africa in April this year. What a wonderful store you have! I loved browsing and buying. I just wish that I couldve brought back all the things that I wanted to. But unfortunately limited travelling space. Thank you so much for how wonderful store is. Ill be back in two years time.

Its got everything you could possibly ever need to decorate and craft. Decent prices, and theres almost always a 40% off coupon online. They have a pretty good fabric selection in addition to your typical paper, wood, jewelry making supplies and more. They also offer a ton of home decor for every style and taste.

I shop here because their really isnt any other options around. I feel creeped out in Hobby Lobby stores, all the religious stuff around makes me feel like Im about to be approached by a missionary or some crazy trying to beat me with a bible and save me... I usually zip in, buy what Im there for, and zip out...

This store has the best selection of craft supplies. Also if you are looking for stickers. I dont think any craft store can beat them on their selection of stickers. 2 aisles of nothing but stickers. I didnt have to stand in a line to check out, and overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is a large store, and it is well-organized. It is busy - especially during the holiday seasons, and checkout lines can be long. The staff is friendly and helpful. This store has a huge selection of both ready-made decor, and hobby/DIY items. This is my go-to place for all of this stuff!

Its a pretty good place to shop. Unfortunately, I cant give a high rating to a place that confronts you with a very specific type of Christianity. All I wanted was a picture frame. I got one, its really nice but if Im going to be proselytized to, Id like to know prior to going in.

This place should have warnings on the outside. I have seen many wives enter, and few return. Those that do return are so entranced, it isnt long before they MUST return. The deals and the merchandise are to blame. I have lost many wives to this so called "store".
