They have really cute wood projects, but the customer service is really lacking. When I walked in everyone just stared at me and I was never greeted the whole time. Right in front of me they handed a customer a product that I was told wasnt available yet because she stated she lived in west jordan, which I live in too. When they checked me out, the staff wasnt rude but neither friendly. I tried to joke that I got away cheap since she almost charged me wrong and not one smile or comment. She acted like she didnt hear me. I used to work at a scrapbook store and our primary focus was serving the customers with the utmost respect. I have a really hard time parking as well.

There have been quite a few reviews on the customer service here and from my experience, the customer service was great! I had a question and one of the workers quickly looked it up for me. When I was checking out, I had a coupon that unfortunately wasnt for that particular location and the girl showed me another coupon to use. She was super helpful. I was surprised how inexpensive it is for the wood and I love how big the selection is to choose from. I have to limit myself to going once a month, but I love going!

Im actually surprised about some of the negative reviews on here. I love Wood Connection!! They have the coolest and cutest crafts, and I love how every year, season and holiday they come up with new ones. The some of the staff are younger, but when you talk with them or ask for help, they are happy and eager to help! Ive also never really been bothered by the small parking lot, so on Saturdays you might have to walk a few more steps, its worth it! :) thanks Wood Connection, youre awesome!

The crafts are very cute! But the customer service SUCKS. The girls are very very rude and not helpful at all. The parking is AWFUL!!!!!!! the store is way too small for the amount of people that go in there to shop. They are an AWFUL company to work for. They do NOT care about their employees nor their customers, they only care about the money that comes in. A company will only last long if they keep their employees and their customers happy NOT their wallets. I refuse to shop there!!!

They have a wide variety of wood crafts and other supplies at inexpensive prices. Products vary year to year, however. The staff is always great and have a clearance bin as well. All of their crafts have completed products to show what they should look like. There have been times when we bought something with damage, but they easily replaced it for free. Like others have said, parking is very limited.

If I could give a zero star I would. They have cute crafts, but in my experience the staff was belittling and offensive. Most of their staff are younger girls who sit around and chat with each other behind the cash register and only help if asked; even then, they made me feel like it was an inconvenience to help. I am convinced that the positive reviews are by people who are employed there.

Good crafts my wife is a regular there. Their store is a bit small. They have all the crafts up on the walls just pick what you want and if you have any questions ASK. The parking sucks so come on a weekday during lunch if you dont want to park 2 or more blocks away.

Such a fun store! The customer service often leaves something to be desired but their products are fabulous! They always have cute crafts and tons of great ideas and all of the supplies that you need to complete the project which is wonderfully convenient!

Love the crafts.. Customer service is terrible.. And the store is way to small for the amount of people that go there. Parking is a joke.. My recommendation get a bigger store. A lot of women go there with strollers, which is to me is very inconsiderate.

Their crafts are super cute! But their customer service is HORRIBLE!! The majority of the girls that work their are so snotty and treat you like your bothering them just by walking in their store. Very unwelcoming.
