OVERVIEW - 3.75 Came here with my wife. It was the option of staying in a car that could reach over 100 degrees or go in with her... I chose to go inside. LOCATION - 5 It is actually a pretty good location that is easily seen from State Street as you come around the bend there in American Fork. PRICE - 3 It may be because Im not into crafts, but everything seemed to be 20% overpriced. Something like a small pin or even a small bottle was crazy expensive in my opinion. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 Far as I know the products are durable. Honestly my wife bought one of the little crafts for a friend, so I will never know its fate. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A Honestly, no clue on this one. EMPLOYEES - 3 Honestly I wasnt too impressed with the employees. It was obvious that we were looking for something, and were challenged in trying to find it. I honestly dont recall seeing an employee walking around looking for opportunities to help. I do recall however, someone, probably a manager, asking where a specific employee was because her shift ended in an hour and that she needed her to complete a task before she ended her shift. Lines at the register were also a little out of control, as I witnessed an employee (once again I assume management), standing at the end of the registers watching the lines. In all fairness, they did eventually open up another register, but shouldnt let the lines get the length they were.

unfortubately their customer service is HORRIBLE. I was in the store with little kids and needing to run get my daughter from preschool so I was in a hurry. They had one register open with about ten people waiting in line. Once they got to me I noticed the lady at the fabric station had marked the prices wrong on my fabric and over charged me. I asked if they could change it and they said "no" I would have to leave my place in line, go all the way back to the fabric section and wait for a person to come help me. Then I would have to get back in the giant line. I asked if I could just have them call the girl at the fabrics to have her verify the correct price when again they said "no". They were curt and very unhelpful. I will not be returning to this hobby lobby again. I had to leave all of my items because they wouldnt help a mom out. Very poor customer service

Gave it a one star because I couldnt go any less. Was at Hobby Lobby today with my sibling. We were walking around and noticed that we were being followed. Well once we had left we called to speak with the store manager. The store manager said yes well its protocol to follow certain people around. So pretty much of your skin color is not white, do not go into Hobby Lobby as you will be followed. I am not a racist person, I was taught to treat every person the same and with respect. I can just say never have I been so disrespected in a store on my life by the associated that was following us. But also by the manager that just swept it under the rug like it was no big thing.

I would of gave this place 5 stars because I spend so much time here but I swear to God from for the last 30 minutes before they closed they proceeded to tell us that they were going to close, started out as they told us, waited 10 and told us again then it was they waited 5 and after that did every 2 minutes. I was waiting in line and a sweet cashier asks her boss if she should open her lane and the boss lady says no keep making your announcements and she says that she just did one and the boss says well just say it again! It hadnt even been a full minute!! WE GET IT!

Reasonably priced.. or with in reach of cost budget! For my Crafty and Decorating obsession, This place Rocks! My family KNOWS that a gift card from here will ALWAYS be used pronto! 9 out of 10 employees KNOWS about Craft-ish stuff to be competent to instruct or ask questions of which Possibly cause a BiGGer Purchase. wink wink. Clean store! Neat and Tidy! Way too Much FANTASTIC Finds! Time to Go There Again!!!

Great customer service, incredible inventory. Love their frequent sales -- and when an items not on sale, I can always use a 40% off coupon. Occasionally I wait in line a few minutes but employees are sensitive to wait time and usually open up another register when the need arises. I appreciate that Hobby Lobby closes on Sunday. One of my favorite stores ever!

I love this Hobby Lobby! They have fantastic sales! They are always willing and helpful to give you advice on the best way (technically and financially) to complete a craft, and it never fails that if I let them know that I have a 40% off coupon they always help me find the highest priced item to apply it to. I love coming to this place for fun girls outings with my sisters and Mom. There is so much fun stuff to see here! Even the little ones enjoy all of the things to see. There is a huge amount of home decor, crafting supplies, and everything you could want in those categories. Its especially fun to come here during the holidays.

Hobby lobby has an amazing selection of high quality silk flowers and gorgeous decor. I always come here to find unique and charming Christmas ornaments. This is my go to place for unique ribbon, as well. Not a huge selection of fabric, but then again, its not a fabric store.

I love this place so much more than micheals craft. They always have sales going on and you can go online and get a 40% off any 1 item! They have a variety of items and pretty much anything you need for your hobbies. They also have super cute decor and stylish furniture!

They try and keep people moving through the lines, the employees are willing to help, they carry tons of stuff at this store. Its a fairly clean store and has wide aisles, just watch for glad items on shelves and little kids.

It always has the art and craft stuff we need. The checkout lines are usually annoyingly slow, probably because things are entered manually and people are usually trying to get discounts mistakenly- but I generally dont mind

I love the clearance section. I can usually find some cheap models and paints. If you like to to draw they also have a good selection of pencils and paper as well. Always remember to use the coupon they have online!
