Im not even sure where to begin.. Nothing POSITIVE. comes to mind when I think of all the times that Ive been forced to come to this store to by my special paints, From the moment I Literally walk into this store I am immediately profiled and discrimminated. Against based . They are the worst employees and management Ive ever had to experience at a store Ever! They are bitchy. Rude. And they Harrase me non stop. And to top it off I even asked if theyd like to search me on my way out for the sake of their peace of mind and in high hopes theyd leave me alone on my future trips. But Nope. The manager was even rude about that!! If there was a different hobby lobby closer Id go check that out. Or if you have your own means of transportation would be highly suggested, Worst People Ever That Are Employed At This Location!!

We live near the Hobby lobby on power and baseline. Every time we checkout or need assistance the cashiers and managers are rude. The lastest (last week) experience had the cashier rolling her eyes (Im not making this up) when I asked her to refund the difference of a sale item that rang up wrong during my last visit (two days prior). She told me I needed to come back with the item in order for them to fix the problem even though it was their error. I asked for a supervisor and thats when she rolled her eyes and made a noise of pure frustration. I understand that people especially in retail get fed up with people and if the rude reception was just sometimes I would let it slide but this happens everytime I shop there.

Cashier and sales staff are the smartest ones there, the manager and his side kick Tommie Boy are as dumb as rocks. They could not come to the conclusion that an UNOPENED bolt of fabric that I was returning was just as long as it was when I bought it. They considered the bolt open because the bottom edge of the plastic was worn open, but there is no way to get the fabric out without opening the plastic the rest of the way and insisted that the bolt had to be measured. STUPID MANAGEMENT, STUPID POLICIES. Save your self the frustration and go some where else. BTW, 1 star is 5 too many for this stores management. IDIOTS

Store has alot of great stuff, albeit not much customer assistance. Would NOT NOT order from these people online. I ordered 2 wall pieces from online thinking it could be returned to the store if they didnt work. I got them and they werent even the measures described but it turns out that they dont accept returns to store AND charge you shipping for the return (and then they decide if the return warrants the eventual return of the shipping). Box I received for 18 dollars worth of merchandise cost me $8 to ship to me and another $18 to ship back... ridiculous. Will never ever order online from them again!!

It has everything you need but dont expect to be in and out. I love their selection but they never have enough check out stands open and Ive consistently waited behind people making lengthy returns to buy my 2-3 items. It stopped being worth it last time I was there; when I was next in line they closed the check stand. tldr; if you need a store with everything its great! if youre in a rush dont bother

They have everything a crafter of any kind will need. They also have seasonal items and a wonderful selection during the Christmas holidays. They have nice items like pic frames, decorative items for your home and some furniture. Most things are reasonably priced but some are pricey like the furniture and material.

I live on higley and baseline. I go to this store all the time. It has everything you need. The 50% mark downs rotate weekly. I think the store is great a convenient. I dont understand a lot of the other reviews. Personal attacks on the managers or staff seems inappropriate for this type of rating system.

Always find the best stuff at Hobby Lobby for my home or craft ideas. I just wish they priced everything regularly instead of always trying to have a 40% off sale. Definitely download your 40% off coupon on their website to use at checkout and know that if its not on sale this week it will be next week.

I really enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby! It is like walking around in Pinterest or an Etsy Store. You can get some great deals during their rotating sales also. My daughter loves their selection of jewelry making items and always buys really unique charms to make into necklaces.

During the last two trips to this location, I waited in line while listening to potential cashiers have personal conversations. So, yeah, its a Hobby Lobby, and youll find the crafting thing you need, but the customer service aspect is lacking.

I moved to the area and have been to this location 4 times in the last 2 months. The employees are always so grumpy. The have little tolerance for children too. I am considering never going back but they have stuff I dont see other places.

This Hobby Lobby is larger than others has a huge selection of items compared to some of the other East Valley locations. Their carts need piled though. 3 carts in and I was still pushing one with a squeaky wheel.

By all means, move at a glacial pace. We all know it thrills customers to wait in line 20 minutes to buy a tchotchke we dont need. It just collects duct anyways. Im pretty sure mine did while I waited in line.

Amazing place to go shopping for gifts. Go down the science kit isle and you will find unique gifts for all ages. Did most of our Christmas shopping on that one isle!

Great place for crafting supplies, but a lot of the product on the floors is broken and they wont discount it. I also dont like that theyre closed on Sundays.
