I had been in this shop three times and spent over $100.00. Everytime I was there the owner/manager was very abrupt and non helpful. The third time I went with my handicap sister and my 18 year old daughter. My sister doesnt talk much or get into anything was smiling when I would show her yarn. I thought the manager was being rude but thought it was my imagination. When we got outside my daughter started to cry and wanted to go back into the store and let the lady have it. I said no there are just rude and ignorant people in this world. She was so upset. I have not been back and never will. I have also told my friends that I dont reccomend them. Third times a charm and I get fabulous service everywhere else I have gone.

I just went in, fully prepared with pattern in hand to buy some interesting yarn, but I was totally turned off by the lack of greeting and assistance despite my obvious interest. Oh well, lots more places to go and enjoy the yarn store experience. One star because the place is clean, bright and organized.
