Came here to browse around, found something I wanted to try out and it was supposed to be 80 percent off, Even better right?... Everything was fine until I got to the counter. Phillip, the cashier rings me up my total comes to 2.49, and I ask what the original price of the item was because it wasnt listed. I was told 3.99. Now I may not be perfect with math but I know 80% from 3.99 is NOT 2.49. So I simply asked for an adjustment. The cashier then rolls his eyes at me, takes $1 off and says "Better?, were not gonna pay you to take it from us" Im sorry, Are You Kidding Me?... I know customer service isnt the easiest thing in the world sometimes (Ive been in customer service for years) and I dont even care that I Still payed more than what it was advertised for, but that Attitude from Phillip was ridiculous and uncalled for. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere from now on.

I typically love Michaels. This was my first time in this location and it wasnt pleasant. I went in to get a quote for framing two of my paintings. The woman in the framing department was very opinionated about what color frame I should get. She suggested a bright red or blue. Which yes that would match the paintings but nothing else in my house. I wanted more of a cherry wood to go with my furnishings. When I stated that she said I might as well just frame the wall. Not a very pleasant lady. She did not cater to my wants or needs. It was terrible customer service. I have never had an experience at Michaels like this before. I will not use this Michaels to get my paintings frames.

Normally Michaels is a fine place for getting crafts at.. theyve always had this problem with service, but today was outrageous. My mom, along w about 20- 30 other people stood in line with these 2 ladies at the front holding us up. The two clerks needed to help about 30 people, but nobody was coming (probably in the back eating dinner or too lazy to come out and work the shift). We got out of line w like 5 others as well. I called the services to give them insights (and mainly let them know about how awful it was) -and the lady hung up on me. I tried a few times and everytime, they picked up, said to wait, and hung up. Completely rude and annoying.

If I had to be stuck in a store for one day, it would be Michaels. I love crafting and Michaels is full of ideas that help me get my projects started. The staff is very knowledgeable and is consistently eager to please. This is my favorite location.

Good location and friendly staff but the store was a bit chaotic in terms of product organization. It is probably due to the christmas craze but thats no excuse for not keeping up with it. Check-out was slow due to long lines. Pricing seems good

Been here multiple times for framing, and we have to return about half of what we get due to improper framing. Also very long waits for customer service.
