Horrible customer service! Went in to find out pricing for a custom frame I need made. I flagged down a worker and asked, they told me I had to wait for someone else. 15 minutes of waiting later, some cranky woman who worked there asked what I was doing, and I told her I needed help with framing. She asked for the artwork, and I told her I didnt bring it in, was new to framing and didnt realize I had to do that. She said she couldnt help me without the artwork, but said it would cost around $150-300, but that it really depended. I asked what it depended on, and she swiftly shot my inquiry down saying I needed the artwork or she wouldnt help me, and told me I was wasting her time. I will NEVER step foot in that store ever again. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Never had a problem with service until today and wasnt going to comment but the lady in framing was so incredibly rude that I cannot pass up saying something about it. I unfortunately was having to deal with a screaming child while I was asking my question and misheard what she said. I asked again nicely since there was a screaming toddler to contend with and she was so rude in her response it was unbelievable. Will be going to the Sandy/Draper location from now on. Braxton, the young man who checked me out, kept this from being a one star.

I went to return an item I accidentally bought two of I waited 20 minutes and all the cashier said was I cant figure out how to get your money back so Ill have to do a gift card. She didnt even ask if I was okay with that I didnt want a gift card I wanted my money back Im not happy I will not shop the anymore .

The organization of this store doesnt flow well and always seems messy. Also I feel like a lot of their prices are greater than hobby lobby. I am not aware however if they price match or not. If they did that could pursade me to shop their over hobby lobby due.

Found this story to be a carbon copy of every other Michaels I have ever been to. Can get good deals on nice frames periodically. Selection of crafts and fabric items are excellent. Not a bad store to visit

Michaels is a great store with lots of options. I also like that the cashiers always add on bonus coupons when I forget mine and give extra coupons after your purchase!

Manager or supervisor here is a big time Jerk. He could careless if he has customers shop there or not. Made me feel extremely unwanted, will never go back.
