Pretty disappointed. Just spent $200 to have them frame a picture, the frame looks great but I was told they would be mounting it on a backboard to get rid of the wrinkles from when it was rolled and shipped to us. When we got it back we realised the wrinkles are there in full force, along with a scratch in the print. When I called about it they denied scratching it, even though the scratch is in the same corner we stared at for an hour and a half trying to decide what frame and matting to go with. Then they said they would swap out the print with a new one (we pay to reprint) for $20. So unimpressed right now. Going to just reprint it and swap it myself but this is definitely the first and last time Ill go there for frames. No accountability or willingness to fix their mistakes whatsoever. Other than that, stores pretty great I guess.

The guy that helped me at the register today was wonderful I got to get all of my things for my daughters birthday at a pretty reasonable price they have really great deals and sales going on right now what would normally cost me around $200 only cost me about a hundred the cashier was nice enough to let me know about a 40% off coupon. I will continue to shop here.

Just this store; I was just there and spent most of the time inside the store being followed by the staff. I may wear bagging pants and have colored hair with tats, but that still doesnt mean they have the right to judge me. Not every book is as its covers may appear. Very rude, in that aspect. Horrible place to Shop. As soon as my wife and I walked threw those doors we were treated like lowlife criminals . How can a person even shop when theyre being harrased by the staff thats supposed to be helping you . Never going back there again.. The fat redhead was the worst part about it

Wide variety of crafting supplies. Everything from home project ideas, paper crafting, crocheting, painting, picture frames or having them frame your picture...To jewelry, wedding and baking to things for the kids. Even if you dont find what you need, its always fun looking!

Typical craft store in that it is expensive without a coupon, but has a fair selection of a lot of different crafts. No fabric/sewing supplies. They have a dollar/discount section with inexpensive gifts/supplies that is great for stocking stuffers and small gifts.
