Went to the store to get items for a craft project. The cashier ended up putting smaller items in a small bag and bigger items in a big bag and then forgot to put the small bag in the big bag. I left without half my items and didnt realize it until I got home. Not a big deal, called and let them know what happened, was expecting half decent customer service. Showed up with my receipt and the manager was less than thrilled and barely even spoke 5 words to me. I ended up apologizing for no reason when she is the one that needed to apologize for the inconvenience it was to drive all the way back because her employee did not do her job. Would have expected her to at least apologize and be kind about the inconvenience. Likely not coming back to this Michaels! Not impressed with customer service!

Love the location and coupons! I only gave it a 4 because while other locations have seasonal stuff out they still have nothing available which is late. Great availability for craft supplies, decor and framing needs.

This location is well maintained and very clean. I especially like the clearance section at the back. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive never taken advantage of their classes, but they offer many.

Very clean, very well stocked, great staff. Perfect for your quick crafting needs or everything you need for a big projects. Prices are somewhat high though.
