Its ok here. The store feels cluttered and disorganized compared to the one at the 101 and I-17. A previous reviewer is correct, they act like everyones going to steal something here. Was checking out with a friend and my daughter was holding merchandise as my friend went to pay for her bill. The cashier rudely told me I had to pay for that, as if I was trying to get my daughter to walk out of the store with it. I shouldnt have to explain that I am going to do a separate transaction from my friend. It was awkward.

This place is a crafty persons playground. Very well stocked with every possible crafting material and tools known to man. Its clean and the staff is very friendly. However, its noteworthy to point out that the prices are considerably higher than sourcing the materials online. Special pricing on specialty materials & tools makes sense, but even incredibly common material like EVA foam, standard white glue, letter stencils are all 2-3x the price of buying online.

Always friendly when I visit which is often due to arts a crafts with my niece and my crochet. One cashier in paticular goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. I dont know her name but she did make her own octopus earings. Every time I need help finding thing the staff is on point and very helpful with alternative ideas when what I need is not available.

I was treated with little respect. Cashier told me as a Military spouse, I could not get a discount and had me stand there goin threw my phone lookin for my coupon, when she had one there to scan. I filed a complaint with manager and she said spouses/ family get the Military Discount. Shame on Holly for bein so rude.

Rude people work in this store. Apparently youre not allowed to have baskets even tho they are out in the store. My wife had it rudely snatched out of her hands and was treated like she stole something and questioned like a criminal. Worst experience in a craft store ever. I will never come back to this store again.

Not the easiest place to find help. It doesnt matter which location I go to, I cant find anyone to help me. I end up wondering the aisles for 10 min until I find it. I also find the prices high. They accept advertised coupons on my phone which I use with every purchase.

The store is setup differently than the one Im used to in Goodyear. I found the rocketry stuff with some ease, though. The cashier Marcus was very helpful and seemed happy to answer the questions I had. Two thumbs up for this cashier. I will gladly go here again.

I like this store. I am into arts and crafts. Its like a one stop shop! Lovely staff. Steve was such a great help to me when I painted some ole mirror frames. He was patient, as I had no idea what to purchase to get the look I wanted for the mirrors.

They have specials and sales but dont specify what it applies to. They have signs everywhere for 50% off home decor and frames... Picked out some frames then go to check out, sure enough all the frames i chose did not apply for the discount...
