I was disappointed, we went into Jo-Anns a little over an hour before the closing time posted online and on their door. After about 5 minutes we were told that they were closing. We decided to put away our stuff and leave, because it wasnt worth rushing to get the last couple items. On the way out we asked the girl why they are closing an hour early and was told they just decided too. The problem is we prefer to come in later in the day, because during the middle of the day they are quite busy and do not seem to have the staff to handle it. They are extremely slow, especially at check out. It seems they are severely under staffed and the few staff there are not concerned with helping in a timely fashion. Its too bad, they have a decent fabric selection, but we will be finding a new store.

The employees that were cutting the fabric were so incredibly slow that we finally had to just leave with out the fabric that we needed to purchase! One of the most frustrating aspects about our experience there was that the employees could see us waiting but wouldnt service the other customers in a more timely and efficient manner. Probably wont ever go there again. Poor customer service!

Fabric prices here can be pretty high, as well as those of other craft items. If you accidentally show up at the wrong time, it gets crowded fast. This is especially a problem since I am often dragging kids with me, and the aisles barely fit one car through at a time. Still, they are nearby and if you need something they carry, the convenience can be worth it.

I love the fabric selection and coupons. Its true that some workers are not interested in helping but thankfully its just a few. Same thing happened to me about online posted closing time on sunday. Wish I would have called store intead. Edit: I visit this store weekly and seems like they have mostly new employees and everyone is way nice! I love this place

Ive never liked the business model of extreme markups to allow for deep coupon discounts. Those coupons are a must. Most items are equal in cost to discount department stores AFTER the discounts. The array of stock is better than average. I wish there were more space dedicated to fabrics and less to plastic flowers.

After Gathering the items that I went into the store for originally. And a couple other things that I found on sale. I headed up to the front of the store to pay for my items.. after standing in line for 25 minutes I set my items down and walked out of the store. They had one cashier and no one else around.

The staff is usually really busy, and if you are looking for anything out of the ordinary its unlikely that you will find it here, but for your everyday crafting needs its a great place to go. Just plan on spending a little time. I have yet to run in and back out as quickly as planned.

They have a good selection of fabrics and sewing supplies. I took my young daughter here to help her pick up some stuff for a project she was working on. I was not familiar with exactly what she needed but the staff were very friendly and helpful to help her get the right things.

Manager on duty in the afternoon and evening is awesome. Great selection of fabric options, thread and notions. Dont forget your coupon which is available on your phone. You can even use multiple coupons.

The sales guy said they had a trade-in program for machines. Left my number and when they called me back the price was higher and they said I didnt need to trade in my machine. Not helpful.

I went in asking for any Bamboo fabric, she didnt know or didnt think so. At least have knowledge of your 10,000 fabrics. Otherwise fine, no different from any of the other stores.

This is one of the larger stores in the Davis county area. Great selection on paper products to fabrics. Look for coupons online. They are open Sundays.
