Getting to pricy and dont stock things Im looking for they had one thing I was looking for 28.00 I got it at hobby lobby for 19.99 and I had a 40% off coupon on top of that . Been finding more and more priced that high . Really to bad used to like going there. Dont know whats up less inventory and prices keep going up dont know what they are up to as a company. I used to go and buy things about three times a week probably about 60.00 each time now i go about once a month and the last two times bought nothing..... im droping stars now

Laurie is AMAZING! I am currently planning my wedding so I am in Michaels in Surprise every other day, and she has been my cashier every time! Let me tell you, I have never met such a friendly, upbeat and happy person in my life. She is all smiles and always compliments me on what I am buying. She even helps me as Im confusing myself on my coupon I am trying to find on my phone! Best associate ever!! Love love love her! I will continue to recommend Michaels and stop in just to see her friendly smile!

I assume they would have more crafty things here but I cant seem to find it so I always end up going somewhere else. Need more yarn selection like sock yarns or merino wools. Its pricy overall but if you combine the coupons and sales you can get a good deal.

Michaels is an awful store the location on Bell and grand have employees that dont know anything about crafts.. they have you buy stuff they think will work then wont return it for you. Some customer service they have
