Ive been on a polymer clay kick lately and there are not many places here in twin to get clay. After depleting Joann and Michaels supply, Ive been waiting for a month now for them to get a new fresh supply of clay. I wont hold my breath. Ive also tried the store brand clay and found it to be hard,crumbly and not with the buck fifty or so i paid. Not to mention Ive messed up my wrist trying to condition the crap. Manager told us fresh supply comes in weekly. Yeah, right. They dont have it together.

Not once have I gone into this store in need of a specific item and had that need met. They have endless scrap book and kitsch supplies, but are lacking in many very basic art supplies. The staff is also not very knowledgeable and occasionally very rude. I have had people literally just turn and walk away from me if they didnt understand what I was asking for. Go to Jo-Anne Fabrics, they somehow have a much better selection of arts and craft supplies.

Now I remember why I dont go in there. I need help and the only person I could find was the cashier and he was doing his job to to ring up customers. I walked around the whole store four times and no one was around. The cashier kindly got some one to help me and even after that the person did not know what I was looking for even after I explained it to them.

I love Michaels but the one in Twin occasionally has super slow people working at the checkout counters. Often times there will be a long line and the cashiers still take their time ringing things up. Ive also had really great customer service once. Overall the store is great and tidy.

Worst damn place ever worked here 4 days got no training and the people are rude wont let you use the coupons on regular priced items . Horrible place I will no longer shop in here and Im glad I dont work there anymore contacted corporate and never got a response

The staff was very unfriendly. Store was a mess .And prices rang up wrong and when I qusioned about it. I was told that was the price. I have been a customer for years. And with this one visit I most likely will not go back.

This was a good store. They had the standard Michaels selection to choose from, but staff was friendly and helpful. Im not from the area but was just shopping around. I would definitely shop here again though.

I love Michaels! They have everything from sewing, scrapbooking, wood crafts, flower arangments, to model cars. They also do custom framing. Plus they always have great coupons every week.
