on July 16th, I went in the store to look for fabric for a tote bag. Kara, in Vikings, was so sweet and helped me look for the right fabric. She took a good amount of time to help me find what I was looking for. She then took time to help me purchase a Singer sewing machine. I am so happy with my purchases and will definitely ask her advice again next time. She had a lot of knowledge regarding fabric and colors that go well, as well as advice on the sewing machines, I had actually already purchased a machine from Walmart, but she gave me information on one of your machines and changed my mind. I am happy there is a class to teach me how to use my machine, as it is my first one. Overall, I am VERY pleased with my experience here at Joanns in Spanish Fork. I will be purchasing ALL of my needed materials here for sure. Kara, thank you for the wonderful experience. You are so sweet and I am going to be so happy when I am finished with my tote bag! Thank You Then, tonight on July 19th I went in and Kara was there. She was no longer working, but took the time to help me out with some questions I had on a pattern. Good selection. Clean store. Its nice, neat and new. The aisles are a little slender, but I suppose that gives them more room for more selection. The fabric is reasonably priced and good quality for that price. They also fixed the problem of not getting service while you are in the store so accessing online coupons or getting your phone call is a breeze now! :)

Lorie that was well the sewing machines was an amazing young lady.. she was very helpful in the martial dept. She was the only on that took her time to help me find the right matrial for me baby blanket that Im making.. its too bad that she only works one day out of the month there... they need more people like her.. she was kind caring and very helpful...

I couldnt find what I needed, the prices on the materials went up since they moved to the new building. I could walk around the aisles with no issues and find what I needed. Claustrophobic people would never be able to walk down some of the aisles. Looks beautiful when you walk in but when you get inside its not what it used to be.

My wife loves this place. I like that they offer classes for things like quilting, and crocheting. Its good for people to have a hobby. Cant they make the isles a little bigger? They just moved the store to this new larger location, but it feels small because the isles are small.

I always find what Im looking for. The prices are good and there are always coupons that can be applied to your purchase. The employees are helpful and it isnt usually difficult to find one if assistance is needed. The store is clean and well-organized.

I love the customer service here. At check out, the cashier was patient with my coupons and even took the time to direct me to another website for a coupon offer I was missing out on. The store is always very clean and the employees friendly.
