Customer service sucks!!! I go there because its closer to my house than JoAnns but I rather drive the extra miles, unfortunately, they do sometimes have items that JoAnns dont have, unless I need an item rightaway I go to that store otherwise I order online from other art stores.

Staff is pretty helpful here and the layout of the store is very easy to find what you need. Its a very clean and organized store and they always have ample stock. There are always coupons for this location thankfully and weekly sales.
